I’ve had my blood drawn and other tests such as urine tests during pregnancy at this location several times. I always make an appointment and am seen fairly promptly at the time of the appointment. The couple of technicians there are very good at drawing blood. I have tricky veins that tend to move around and have given other techs a lot of issues, but the folks at this location always seem to get it right away, no problems, smooth and painless.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. I made a appointment, got there on time, and seen right away. Very quick and easy.

It took over an hour just to drop off specimen. This could be easily fixed if quest hired a receptionist.

Do not go here. Staff were over heard arguing with one another while customers were waiting to be seen. They also do not fit standby customers in at all. I went somewhere else after waiting for over an hour.

Before my doctor retired, they had me go to this location. Had all the paperwork and all that. So I walk in. There's no receptionist at the desk. So I go and put my name of the pad thing they have when you walk in.So I'm sitting there, sitting there, a family comes in and does the same thing and they get to be called back first when I was there first. So they let the family go first before me. Even though I have been sitting there for over an hour waiting for them too come call my name, I hear talking and nothing is being done. No calling the names of the people that need to get their blood work or for whatever the others where there for.So whomever runs this location or this company as a whole. You all need too be fired or go bankrupt. The worst experience too be waiting for so long and others whom got in before me, go first when I was there fir the same dman thing. As for my rating and why it's a 1 star is because of how long I had too wait. No one should be waiting, having the people whom has been there first be waiting for so damn long when you let others whom walked in go ahead of me or whomever is the first one there. This is a warning too all people whom docs send you too qeust....go to your main health care providers location for having blood work or anything be done. Do not go to any quest locations. They WILL make you wait even though your the first one there. Horrible experience, horrible workforce, horrible all around. This company needs to go away or go bankrupt because if their laziness and lack of care/attention too those whomnhave been waiting there first and over an hour.

It's rare when a phlebotomist is actually knowledgeable and compassionate. Her name is Miss Charity and she was an otherworldly angel. Thank you for your understanding.

Scheduled an appointment online last night for today at 11am. Have the email confirmation to prove it. I arrived at 10:50am, checked in on the kiosk, and sat down to wait. 11:30 rolled around and I watched everyone who had appointment times after mine get called back. I asked one of the techs to check for me and gave her my name. She then came back out and continued to call patients back like I wasn’t still sitting right there waiting. Fifteen minutes later I asked her again what the hold up was and why people who were there after me kept getting their labs done before me and her reply was “they have appointments” to which I told her I had an appointment at 11am (it was quarter to 12 at this point). She says “I didn’t see it”. Told her I didn’t have time for this and left without getting my bloodwork done. Had to get home to take medications on time for a bad bacterial infection.

I loved the nice women I dealt with today. I was nervous with the needles and they turned up the music and talked to me the entire time. They also gave me a treat at the end :)

Do not use this company ever! They fail to do what your doctor orders, even when they are provided the actual printed paper work for the order. Then when you call Patrick the supervisor He is rude, defensive, disrespectful, and lacks professionalism, so much so that I had to become rude with him and ask for his supervisors number. Save yourself from having to contact a medical malpractice attorney and stay away!

I think it's truly sad that you can't be greeted by a real person any longer. When I arrived I checked in at the kiosk. I did not have an appointment. Quest always says walk ins welcomed. There was not one person in the waiting room, however the kiosk told me it was going to be a long wait and suggested I come back at the next available appointment time which was 2:50 p.m. If I wanted to make an appointment I would have. I declined the appointment and decided to wait. The blood work was fasting so I really couldn't come back at 2:50. As mentioned I was the only one of the waiting room. I ended up walking out because no one ever came.

I made an appointment the night before, and the time is 9 am the next day, I arrived here around 8:50 am the next day, and when I arrived shortly after another guy came and after he checked in, the screen showed that we both had an appointment at 9 am, around 9:5 am, Another man came in. After he checked in, the screen showed that his appointment was at 9:10 am. A few minutes later, the other person with an appointment time at 9:00 am was called to enter the door, and after he finished his test, the employee called the person with the appointment time at 9:10 am to enter the door. When I tried to ask when it would be my turn? The employee interrupted me rudely and said to me impatiently: You are the next one, I am confused why people who make an appointment later than me can get priority service. When I was about to try to ask again, the employee closed the door very rudely, it looked like she didn't want to give me any explanation, I don't know why I was treated like this, if it does not depend on the time on the screen to determine the priority, then make an appointment The time will be meaningless, I don't want to think about this issue in a deeper level, maybe my name is not an American name is the main reason for this incident. I will never choose this lab for any test again because it was the worst experience I have ever had

If I could give zero stars I would! Went to get blood work during open hours. 2 people in the parking lot with scheduled times and the office is closed/locked/not open!! This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. HORRIBLE service

Seems to be an occuring issue here. Rude employees, etc.... Maybe, higher ups need to address this issue or close the location

Did not have to wait long at all. Loved the lady who took my blood. I ALWAYS have a problem with finding my veins and they poke 2 or 3 times. As I was saying that she said I’m done. No pain or poking several times. I will always go back there.

I scheduled an appointment for a walk-in visit today, came back 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check-in, and after following the link Quest had texted me to check-in it noted I had no appointment scheduled. Nobody was at the front counter or available to help, so I tried to get the attention of the associate (a woman with blonde hair) when she opened the door. She deflected the issue when I described it and said something to the effect of it's not my job or I don't work here, and did provide any sort of pathway to resolution as she closed the door.I waited for the next associate to come out, which happened to be the same person, and inquired again. I even mustered up the gumption to be polite by opening with 'I don't mean to be pushy...', but she cut me off before even listening to or evaluating my issue and said it must not be my appointment time and retreated to the back again before I could respond. I cannot remember ever being so irate from an employee's lack of compassion or common courtesy.Since I see there are many complaints on Google related to this individual, it appears Quest Diagnostics does not care to address it. I was fortunately able to travel to the Quest Diagnostics location south of here and they were able to handle my walk in appointment without issue. After I relayed the issue at the McCandless Crossing location to them, they independently identified the offensive employee before I mentioned any characteristics since multiple clients have funneled themselves to the other Quest Diagnostics location out of frustration.
