Absolutely LOVE this store. The employees are super nice and helpful. This is the best place to shop for dresses at an affordable price. They also have great deals on off brand perfumes and jewelry. When I need a new outfit to add to my wardrobe and are strapped for cash, this is the place I go.

Every year when I come to Pittsburgh to see my family. Rainbow is one of my go to for children's coats for our coat drive at my church in Maryland. The manager Tanisha Cross and the staff (Lucky, Precious) was so friendly and helpful to the customers. Excellent customer service.
