High priced junk store. Everything they sale has been donated, making 100% profit on everything. The money is supposed to go to veteran organizations but for the most part doesn't. Have been on local news regarding this issue. Don't shop there anymore.

I love this chain of thrifts! They have a lot of very good brands and not everything is affordable but the amount of great stuff makes up for it. The jewelry selection is always fun to browse too! The lines are long at checkout and they only take cash so come prepared!

This is typically a well-stocked and well-organized thrift store with something for everyone. Lines can be long, and the check out people are not always kind. I must acknowledge "Sean" who works in the electronics department. My intellectually disabled adult son has a small business repairing and renting holiday decor. Mr "Sean" is intelligent, kind, sensitive, and supportive of him in every way, and my son is good customer, making weekly purchases. Sean goes above and beyond to support my son and seems to have an awareness of how to reach out to someone who learns and communicates differently. Sean has been a gift to my son, and we come to this store because of him.

Now, here is a store that could care less about taking your money but are too cheap to have bags without holes in them. I spent money on jewelry, told them to be careful putting it in the bag but when I got home, hole in bag...no jewelry. This store is obnoxious. Its not a "thrift" store. It is independently owned and all money aside from employees is profit. They put more on their prices than the actual amount of the tag left on there. Employees are extremely rude, pushing you out of their way and screaming at you if you are. All the whole listening to a person on an intercom telling people to stay out of emlyees way so that they can do their job properly. At 5:15 they start screaming at customers ever five minutes that the store will be closing in 45 minutes to "get in line and make your finally purchases.. I need two hours of therapy after one hour of being in there. BEST PART...NO MIRRORS OR A PLACE TO TRY THINGS ON. NO NO NO

This place has gotten a lot worse in the past couple years. The organization is by color, not size, which is bizzare and frustrating. It is cash only, which is also strange in 2023. They hiked their prices to basically clearance-at-name-stores levels sometimes. I don’t understand that because all their merchandise they get for literally free. The only positive is that some of the older ladies who work there are the nicest people in the world. Otherwise, it’s a waste of time and sanity

Used to have great finds at good prices. Now store charges as much as retail!!! COMPLETELY over priced for donated items. Bookbags ranged from $49 to $149!!!! Grossly over priced for used / donated goods. Almost ZERO items marked with the color discount tags, maybe 1%. Many shoiing carts were abandoned empty mid store after shoppers ditched them from price shock. (Also, employees have always been rude and mouthy, so no surprise there.) They will go back to old model or be out of business in a few months.

The green tags look yellow and I feel like I was ripped off. Prices have skyrocketed here. Please fix the tag issue as I'm not the only one complaining. THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO IS A GREEN TAG PER THE CASHIER. I DON'T THINK SO.

I've been coming to this salon for nearly a year now and have always left feeling better than when I arrived. Both the excellent work and genuine customer service has me coming back and will for the foreseeable future. You arrive and leave feeling like you are always a valuable customer.

Used to love the place, but the prices have gone up so much you may as well go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx and buy new because the prices are the same. Difficult to even look around here as ignorant people insist on blocking entire aisles with their carts and employees who try to walk through you.

Not a huge fan of rwb in general (high prices, rude people including other customers) but when I do venture here I am always impressed by their shoe and purse collection. TONS of clothes. Not an amazing home goods selection, at least not today.

Much different then the sister store on 51. Need to make all parking up against the store handicap. Found some good items there. Wish this place has hand basket as pushing a cart as a disabled person on a knee walker is a bit hard
