The manager, Bryana, was exceptional in helping me exchange my boots, and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Bryana and this Red wing location!

Bryanna was the best! She answered all of our questions and was very friendly even though we were being annoying and trying on a crazy amount of shoes. She was nothing but sweet and knowledgeable!!!

The older Caucasian man was extremely rude when my fiancé tried to return a pair of boots he bought here. We were a few days outside their return window. We didn’t know about the return policy, truth is we didn’t double check the receipt. Either way, he raised his voice and rudely said that the return policy is at the bottom of the receipt, on their website and posted in the store. He didn’t need to be nasty about it. We weren’t trying to take advantage of their policy, we just didn’t check. It happens, we’re all human. He didn’t even offer to help find another pair of boots. There was no need for him to be that ugly. We were polite and simply asked if the boots can he returned. We will NEVER buy from red wing again.

Had an awesome time with Bryana! She spent an hour or more with us helping us find the perfect fit for what we needed. She sized us, and got us solid fits. She also gave us advice on care for our boots, and maintenance. She knows what she's talking about, and can show you how to make your boots really last. Can't recommend enough!

The African American gentleman was rude when I was there.
I felt like he did not really want to be there and was annoyed with my presence and when I asked questions. A couple times he asked me questions like “what’s that… or what are you trying to do”
He acted like I was annoying him. The whole experience at this store felt very uncomfortable/awkward from the moment I walked in.
Honestly, I could not wait to leave.
I will not be back and I will not recommend this store.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this store! Brianna helped us find the perfect shoes for him to wear for work. He goes through a pair of work boots every few months and finally decided to spend money on good boots, she was extremely helpful to find the right fit for him! We could not recommend them enough!

Their hours are terrible. When they were finally open every boot I asked about I was told they didn't have in size 10. I like my old iron rangers and wanted to buy red wings again, but I went elsewhere to buy a new pair of steel toes.
