A great 24-CrossFit gym, which is great for this Olympic lifter. Plus a clean bathroom and shower, plus a little kitchen area with a fridge! The equipment is in good shape, and it's never felt overcrowded!

Having just moved to Pitt this summer this place has been a great gym to call home. The programming is high quality and effective. The space/24-7 access allow members with unpredictable schedules to still get their workouts in. After day two, the coaches remembered my name and made me feel welcome. Doesn’t get better than that!

Great gym with awesome trainers and owner. Great location and spacious..Clean and friendly!! In addition (and most importantly as I am an older lifter), we recently discovered that the owners installed multiple UVA Heme Remo air filtration systems that actually disinfect the air every 15 minutes of 99.99% of Bacteria and viruses! According to the CDC UVA lighting has been the most effective system for treating air to prevent virus transmissions., while everything the air lands on has a coating of disinfectant. Nothing more can be said for me.....good to know and feel much safer training here!! Thanks Ashley and Curtis and look forward to seeing you soon.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is exactly what I wanted to motivate me to excel. The facility has all the equipment and offers a range of workouts (beginner scaled to RX to competition level RX+). The members are just as diverse as the workouts. A wonderful group of people and a positive, goal oriented atmosphere

My gym brought 21 athletes to compete in Renegade's First CrossFit Competition today. We could not believe they have never done this before, because they were like a well oiled machine! Everyone at this facility was absolutely AMAZING! They were encouraging, kind, professional, welcoming, and extremely organized! Out of our 21, 12 were competing for the very first time and 6 were competing for only the second time. The people at Renegade were so helpful, patient, and supportive! This allowed our athletes to calm their nerves, and do their best! If you are in this area and looking for a place to crush your goals, check this place out! I have no doubt they will do whatever it takes to help you! Thank you so much for your time!

First time and was awesome. The Saturday session at 11 was perfect for a newbie and the staff and coach were incredible. The staff was constantly engaged and helpful, completed a tutorial for the workouts, then supported and encouraged throughout the session. The gym was a great space too. Would most certainly recommend
