This Rite Aid always takes an unreasonable amount of time to service customers. I stood in line (there were three people ahead of me) for 35 minutes before actually getting to the counter, and then it took another 10 minutes to actually get the prescriptions I had come for. I’ve come to expect this kind of service from this location, but it has gotten worse in that the pharmacy seems to no longer answer the phone. I called several times over the course of several days and could not reach anyone at the pharmacy to confirm that I could pick up my prescription. By the time I left, the line behind me was even longer than when I came in, with several people saying they would leave if not for how much time they had already committed to the line. The customer service here is abysmal. I could drive even further to the South Side Giant Eagle to get my prescriptions in a fraction of the time it takes to get a single prescription at the Rite Aid that is right by where I live.

I can understand there maybe no more than two people in the pharmacy, but is that a reason to not answer the phone for hours on end? The drive thru pharmacy is always closed, and the customer service isn’t up to par. I definitely will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else because this isn’t just a one time thing. This is the third time I called to check on a prescription and no answer, can’t be seen at the drive thru and when you go in the store, the meds are not ready, you have to wait. Sorry but not sorry at all. Two thumbs down from me.

This pharmacy used to be quick and helpful. When rite aid closed their other nearby location, it seems they didn’t think / care to hire more staff to help all the higher customer load this one is now facing.
I’m sitting in a waiting room of people who have been waiting hours for simple scripts.
Rite aid needs to pay more for better quality staff and hire more staff.

I am so frustrated with the Rite Aid Pharmacy. How difficult is it to answer a phone? It took them over a week to fill a prescription. I called numerous times but the pharmacy wouldn't answered the phone. I had to finally call the store and speak to a cashier who walked over to the pharmacy to tell them to pick up the phone. Today, I picked up a refill prescription and when I got home I saw there were 2 prescriptions, one that I no longer take. They would know that if they picked up the phone. This is not the way to recover from bankruptcy. Executive management needs to get involved. My neighbor told me that she had the same experience. Where is management?

Very poor stock store customer service is horrible at the location on nobles lane in Brownsville road. If you have the extra time go to the Carrick shopping center one, they don't have nothing in that store either, but at least the employees are more friendly. The employees at nobles in Brownsville road is very unfriendly like they don't want nobody in there. The store shelves are very empty.They don't hardly have anything in store.And they keep on blaming it on.A delivery truck for a month now!!!

I’ve gone to this rite aid for money orders to pay my rent every month for a year. Today the cashier only allowed me to purchase two money orders and said it was “at his discretion” to deny more purchases. He gave no reason. I had two $500 money orders and I only needed one more for $485 to pay my rent and this older gentleman was rude and refused to allow me to purchase the final money order. I’ve spent thousands and I mean literally thousands in this location. I’ll never be back.

I will never come to that Rite Aid again and get my prescription every time I come they are always on break. All 6 of y’all are 5 of Y’all are on break I understand, yall at least have two or one person at the cash register ringing people out for their prescriptions but no but at the end of the day I have a job that I gotta work every day I come and get my prescription twice and I couldn’t get it because y’all on break and y’all messed up on my prescription for me to come back and get it again and I still didn’t get it so I will never get my medicine from there again or my daughters I’m going to a different Rite Aid. Y’all suck.

Hopefully other people don't have as awful of an experience as what I have when trying to get their child's medication. Every issue always has an excuse, and the evening pharmacy staff have the slickest mouths. We have been waiting three weeks for my son's medication, and there is no sense of urgency. When asking about getting the script transferred to another pharmacy the woman on the phone for the pharmacy made it very clear that she has no such interest in doing so, and gave me such a hard time I had to hang up. They are definitely fully stocked up on audacity instead of children's medication. Will definitely avoid trying to use this location for any future scripts for my entire household.

It's a great store!! Very clean and organized. Prices are high, but some of the sales are great. However, I'm not a big fan of this particular pharmacy.

NEVER AGAINwas told on a previous visit the card means nothing.. so I threw my card away that I used for years and had a gold standard at one point or another.. then they reset the cards which made me assume that they're worthless which someone at the register had told me and then I go in today and buy two drinks and it ran me up to $10 when I should have gotten two of them for 5 so never coming in there again. I blame it on the card system and now you have to go through a series of questions and prompts on a screen skip this skip that yes no do you want to donate never again never I'll stick with Amazon with everything
