The staff in The pharmacy is amazing. Sarah and Dylan the pharmacists always get my stuff ready when it's really needed and the techs are just as amazing helping me in anyway they can when there are issues with my medications. Thank you all for being so patient with me and helping me all the time. It's really nice to see staff who has a genuine concern for it's patients. The front end staff are just as nice. They've come to know me very well and always ask how I am feeling since I currently have a drain in my back. Definitely a 5 ⭐ place.

The shelves are pretty empty. You probably will not find what you need. It's been years since I have seen toothpaste on the shelf. I feel like it is shopping in a 3rd world country.

Maybe a pharmacy, but this location is trash. It has had bare shelves for +6months now. Not sure why they refuse to restock anything or close, but I hope someone takes over this prime real estate in Lawrenceville.

I had an unbelievable inconsiderate pharmacist named Lisa who was very rude, non compassionate, careless & basically told me off like I was her child because I came to pick up a prescription at 8:50pm. She told me to never come in that late and expect anything from them. Will never be back.

The pharmacy is the silver lining of the whole store, offering first-rate drug service amid the sadness of everything else

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and they never call/text when a prescription is ready (you basically have to hunt it down in-person yourself and half the time they don't have it ready). I hate that this is my closest-to-home pharmacy.

My general rule before leaving a bad review is that it can’t be based off one bad experience, which is why I hardly ever leave any bad reviews because usually the second experience is better. Well, here I am leaving a bad review because the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th experience is just as bad if not worse than the first. I can’t for the life of me wrap my head around why it takes over 8+ hours to fill a prescription with 10 capsules. My doctor sent an rx to the pharmacy this morning at 8am, it’s now almost 4pm and I call to check on the status and she said they have it but it’s not ready. I asked if it could be ready within an hour which I feel is reasonable and an hour is plenty of time to enter a script, have the rph check it, fill it, wait for the rph to verify and staple the bag, considering it’s been in their queue for 7 hours already. I can’t leave and my infection is getting worse, and my husband said he would stop by to grab it on his way home from work. I ask them if it would be ready in ONE HOUR and the response I get is “maybe” then I’m about to respond and she hangs up. I have had it with this pharmacy. Why does the rite aid downtown get my meds ready within 30 min max each time? I live right next to Lawrenceville and this is unfortunately the closest rite aid to me and I dread filling a script every single time. The customer service is so unprofessional and the wait times are so long. I’ll finish a whole 8 hour shift of work and still wait on 10 pills to be filled. When I go in person, I sometimes wait at the pickup window without any acknowledgment for over 5-10 minutes. The extreme lack of urgency and care for customers is wildly insane. As someone that used to work as a CPhT in a pharmacy open 8-10 filling over 1k scripts a day, it does not take that much time to say “we’ll be right with you” to a standing customer. Please do better.

I had to switch pharmacies after a year and wish I did it sooner. Incredibly disorganized and unbelievably horribly managed. I was never told the same thing twice by the same person and every person I spoke with had a different explanation about if a medicine was ordered, if it was available, when it would be available, if it was ready for pickup or even if it was on auto-refill. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had in the 16 years of going to pharmacies across the country.
It’s a shame that residents of Lawrenceville who lost the pharmacy at Shop and Save when it closed have to suffer with this being the next closest option. I literally drive 10 minutes out of the way to not have to deal with this place. Lawrenceville deserves better.

Absolutely the worst experience they either make mistakes with people's meds or don't tell you a person needs an ID to pick up meds, And it doesn't matter who the meds are for. Take my advice and goes where it's safe.

Definitely my favorite drug store. I work nearby and visit several times a week. Staff is always kind and products I need are always available. I've been disappointed that the freezer section has not been functioning for quite awhile and have essentially given up waiting for it to be repaired.

I basically live here. My go-to pharmacy, never had a problem with customer service, I read the other reviews and never had a bad experience here and I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for over 10 years. Lol.
I’m here probably once a week picking up milk, groceries, snacks.
Great store, staff is friendly. Never terribly busy.
