It’s wild to me how bare the shelves here are all the time. It feels like there’s been some kind of catastrophe and this is all that’s left, like those early days of Covid. But it’s 2025. And I don’t know why I keep going inside hoping to find truly anything.

Rite Aid pharmacy on Howley Street is the best. I have been going here for years. The service at the pharmacy is always top-notch. They are professional Yet friendly and kind. They know me and I am always greeted by name. They are prompt with their prescription refills. They are also prompt checking me out. I have gotten my shots there and there is no problem in doing so. I commend and highly think the pharmacist and the employees that work at the pharmacy. I also have to say that the manager up there is wonderful. He always greets me when he sees me. He is Friendly and professional. He has helped me on numerous occasions find items and answer my questions. I think the pharmacy team and the manager should be Acknowledged for their professionalism and their kindness. My only complaint and this is not The fault of the store, But is the fault of Rite Aid going bankrupt And slowly coming out of it. Like other Rite Aid, the shelves in the store are lacking products. I know that they are coming out of bankruptcy and it will take some time but they need to focus on stocking store items to get Customers back. This has nothing to do with the pharmacy As they always have my Prescriptions. It also has nothing to do with the managers or the employees. I have seen them stock the shelves when they get a few items in. I love the pharmacy, and the manager is great! I will definitely keep coming here for my prescriptions.

Dangerous practices at this pharmacy. They told me they enrolled me for automatic prescription renewals and then they never followed through. The pharmacist could not explain it. I tried calling several times and they don't ever answer their phones, so I had to drive over and ask. The first pharmacy employee told me I was not enrolled and I would have to wait in a queue. She was visibly annoyed at me asking. The manager did not seem surprised or upset that one of their customers/patients was completely forgotten about. Seemed par for the course. But he told me I was enrolled. So their employees are not in the same page or they're just making this up as they go
The place is a complete disaster and if they can't be trusted to fulfill orders I don't know how they can be trusted to give patients the right medicine.
The most surprising part is that no one seemed to take this very seriously. I see it as a breach of contract and reckless behavior, and they just shrugged it off.

Pharmacist i talked to was not friendly. Questioned me if i have insurance over the phone in a judgefull way after she could not find my prescription online

The customer service and associates are so nice and greet you when you enter the building. The pharmacist was very helpful and was able to find me deals and savings on my prescription.

The pharmacy here is great. The staff are all really nice and the pharmacists have been knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience at Rite Aid was great. This store serves as a small store that sells food, drinks, beauty products, deodorants, lotions, and miscellaneous items (garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, etc). All Rite Aid stores include a pharmacy so customers can order and pickup prescriptions.
