The staff is great. The policy sucks. It's soooo convenient to call in your script, I enter each ten digit number. Now I am your secretary. How convenient for rite aid. So I come to pick it up but I've been shunted to central possessing it won't be ready for another 24 hrs. So now I get to come in the rain. A second time. My neuropathy makes it hard to drive and walk. Thanks for the convenience. This is a terrible policy which is very unclear. Please take me off central processing

We are new to this Rite Aid, I am very impressed, they always welcome you when you enter the store and thank you for shopping there and the staff are very friendly and helpful, eager to assist you anytime you’re there. The Pharmacy is great also. If I could, I would give them higher then 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Updated: A family member just told me they weren't able to pick up a prescription this morning because the pharmacy didn't open on time! I am definitely switching everything to my other pharmacy, which is all the way across town and has inconvenient hours but is at least open when they say they will be and actually has the medicine there and will fill prescriptions when they say they will. I bet this Rite Aid will be closed by the end of 2023.Here's my review from 10 minutes ago: This store almost never answers the phone. Trying to find out if your prescription is ready to go is pointless. Quite often, they don't even have my medicine; I've switched most of my prescriptions to a specialty pharmacy that actually has what I need, when I need it, and will answer the phone when I call.

I wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy closed early due to staffing issues and recommended that I try other Rite Aids in the area to get my prescription filled. When I went to those other rite aids they were unable to fill my prescription. The next day I went back to this pharmacy and I was told my medication was “on manufacturer’s back order” and that “no one had it”. The woman at the pharmacy didn’t even check. It seemed fishy to me so I went to another pharmacy and they confirmed they had my medication and it was NOT on “manufacturer’s back order”. So I was blatantly lied to and told to contact my doctor, likely because they forgot to order my medication or something. If you have a serious health issue this place doesn’t care and you should highly consider going elsewhere. 2 days of the runaround and lies, thanks!

I asked if my 3 year-old could use the restroom, but the pharmacist informed me that the restrooms were for employees only. I understand the policy, but I was disappointed that they couldn't make an exception for a child clearly in need of a bathroom.

This pharmacy has truly taken an extreme downward turn in the last few years. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. My refills are rarely ready when I’ve been informed of their availability. I’ve seen multiple confrontations between customers and the arrogant staff. I will transfer my prescriptions away from this store but feel badly for those people who are trapped with them

Changed from one star to five . Overcharged me for my medication and told me there was nothing they could do. Taking advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income isn’t very nice. UPDATE— customer service handled the situation and I got the correct price charged . Thank you very much for quickly responding .

I'll give 2 stars because for the staff that are there, I appreciate them. I genuinely like the pharmacy staff, they're great and I know they're working hard. The store itself is an absolute pain - ultimately coming down to a staffing issue.Trying to get someone on the phone is an absolute nightmare - I usually have to set a day aside and will call probably 20-30 times before I finally get through (not an exaggeration). The IVR is ALWAYS down too, so you will call and the phone automatically hangs up on you - this tends to last hours. This is actually what inspired me to leave the review - I've been trying to reach them for over 4 hours today and the phone is just terminating every call.I wish the best for the staff, but for whoever is running this business, I hope they lose enough money every month that it significantly impacts their enjoyment and quality of life. If the owner reads this, may you stub your toe with every step you take.

Severely understaffed. It seems like the staff there are fighting a losing battle and I feel for them. At the same time, the customers also suffer. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone on a strict med management schedule, getting important medications too late can land folks in the ER. It’s happened to me and if you need reliability on your everyday essential medication, this is not the place. The pharmacists also take long lunches, leaving the phone with a message to call back after lunch, even when it’s not their lunch time.

Ok where do I start? They don’t answer the phone! They close early. I assume they are over worked because of short staffing because they are often short with customers. I guess when you know the company doesn’t have many options with staffing thats job security!

I actually would give zero stars if I could. There is a female pharmacist that works there, that has no business dealing with the public. She thinks yelling at customers and refusing to fill customers prescriptions is okay because she is backed up. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rite Aid needs to wake up and realize that this type of service has such a negative impact on their business.

Are Phones Broken??? One ring then auto-hangup all last evening after I got a robo call that my persc that was called in by ER DR. was ready. Then all day today! Once I got thru to the robo answ. machine and press the number to speak to some one in the Pharm. It rang like 7 times then back to Mrs.Robo. So I called the Main 800 number to speak to cust svc. ON robo HOLD for 21+ minutes!!! when she answered I said "0ver 21 minutes!" She HUNG UP on me! Called back and I've been on hold for 13+ minutes!!! WHAT's GOING ON! Read on line for 3730 Brighton store and some one asked why is the store closed? ...no answer yet. Rite Aid Has lost a 30 year customer as of now!

Absolutely love this rite aid pharmacy. The employees are so nice and helpful even when insurance is a major PITA. They have helped me out on several occasions, and I am so grateful for their service and support as a customer.
