This Rite Aid store had an OK selection of medications, hygiene products, beauty products, snack foods, home decor, etcetera. The store’s prices, however, were significantly higher than other retailers’ prices for the same products. I was in the store for about half an hour, and no store employee spoke to me. Only the pharmacy staff spoke to me. This store is at a shopping center, so a free parking lot is available.

How does this pharmacy “delete” a prescription for opioids? Doesn’t their software ask “confirm this deletion” before doing something like that? And when they do delete an Rx, why isn’t the doctor notified so they can refill it? Something is fishy at this location

Be careful. I’m 76 years old and do not have a car. I’m not strong enough to walk far. The people in the pharmacy have been told this many times. I live in a building right across the highway from the store. I can clearly see the store from my window, yet getting deliveries is a struggle. If I try to order a week or so before I run out they say it’s too soon and won’t refill. If I wait until I only have a few days worth left it doesn’t get delivered until after numerous phone calls and I’ve run out completely. It’s not just inconvenient, but dangerous and painful to have medications interrupted!!!!!!!!!!!I don’t like to be distressed or to cause distress, but have to keep calling over and over to get meds delivered. Assurances of delivery are given, by phone, over and over but it doesn’t happen. In addition to this problem, ordering refills online cannot be done because there is no option for delivery…….the only option is to choose a pick-up time!!!!!! It’s all very upsetting. I’ve never had a problem like this, NEVER, with any other pharmacy I’ve ever used in my 76 years of life!I HAVE ALSO ENCOUNTERED RUDENESS AND HAD THE PHARMACIST HANG UP ON ME WHEN I AM TRYING TO TALK ABOUT A PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!

Picked up a script tonight and one last Friday.New rudely inefficient Pharmacist, rude staff seem comfy being rude around said new pharmacist, no script ready notifications any more.Will be switching pharmacies.

All the associates are very helpful. They all greet you when you enter the store. They immediately ask if they can help you find what you are looking for.

The pharmacy clerk is impatient and loudly asks for personal information. Store practices NO social distancing !!!! Employees would stand directly beside me so to re-shelve. Guess getting Covid19 from a symptom free employee is less important than re-stocking packs of gum. The last time I visited this store the pharmacist was rude when I asked if they had a rest room and sent me to the other side of the strip mall to a LOCKED bathroom. When I returned and told the pharmacist it was locked, she said the store didn't have a key and that I ought to ask someone in the beauty parlor for one. Meanwhile, the store has it's own bathroom....Miserable shopping experience twice in a row....

This pharmacy is terrible. My prescription is never in stock and it is never ready when they say it will be ordered and ready. The pharmacist messes up the amount every time and I have to waste my time to go back and get it fixed.

Horrible. My prescriptions are never ready when I'm told they will be. They don't call when there's a problem. There is usually a wait, only to get to the counter and find out about the problem, and then they provide only part of it, so I have to go back and wait in line again to pick up the rest. Time to find a new pharmacy.
