I would give this place 10 stars if possible.I took my CX-5 to Rohrich for the first time to have my ventilated seats diagnosed. My expectations were low after seven months of back and forth with another dealership, who eventually started ignoring me outright. I was so pleased that service staff here actually took the time to get into my vehicle, find the real issue (which was something strange, and I'm sure took a considerable amount of time to find), and repair it. Everyone here was amazing to deal with. I never felt like I was being blown off and an update on my vehicle was never difficult to obtain. I truly feel taken care of by the service department here and I will return for any future servicing needs, and most likely to purchase my next vehicle as well. Thank you to everyone at Rohrich Mazda, especially John, the technician who put so much time into fixing my car, and Pat, my service advisor. You guys are the best.

I’ve purchased two vehicles through Rohrich over the last few years. It’s always an easy experience. Service appointments are typically available quickly and there are a lot of perks with the Rohrich advantage program. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and helpful over the years.

Just bought a used car here, it was a simple no-nonsense process. Walter was my salesman and I appreciated that I never felt pressured. The paperwork part took only about 30 minutes compared to hours I've spent at other dealerships. Overall really good experience

I had such a great experience with the team at Rohrich Mazda. From start to finish, this dealership was attentive, kind, thorough and detailed with every step. This was my first car purchase ever and it could not have been more seamless. Their inventory was definitely lacking, but the cars that were in stock were exactly what I was looking for. I could not thank Sam and Sean for everything they did!

Rohrich is a good company to deal with. I've bought 6 cars from the rohrich brand. 5 being Mazda. The service and sales are top notch. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. The service process has been great. I've never had any real car problem. I've only had to go in for routine things. 100% recommend going to them.

One of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had! I found a vehicle I liked on their website. Craig was my sales associate. He was incredible. He was friendly and professional and he worked diligently to make sure the details of the transaction worked with my budget. All of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. The contracts were signed and keys in my hand within 20 minutes! Everyone on the team at Rohrich was extremely welcoming and eager to make it the positive experience it was. My son was with me and couldn’t believe it was that simple. I highly recommend the team here, especially Craig!

First time at this location for preventitive maintenance, and will definitely be back. Quick service while waiting for vehicle, and nice waiting area.EDIT: I was back a second time recently after the first part of the review, and they remedied a really messy on going tire balance issue. Christina made my Friday ! Both visits know that I will be going back again without a doubt, quick, accurate service.

Rohrich Mazda has been a great experience. I got a great deal on my CX-5. The free oil changes were a huge draw for me choosing Rohrich. Their service staff is outstanding. I sit and wait for car and it doesn’t take long. Good WiFi and coffee in the waiting room. I really enjoy that the mechanic texts me a video of his work. I feel much more confident in the service because of that. I will most definitely be a Rohrich customer going forward.

I've always had a great experience, both with sales and service. Jay has been our salesman across four vehicles. He's attentive, informative, and extremely helpful. Service has always been great. The Rohrich advantage is real. Like any dealership, things take time. You'll wait some for service, but I've never had an issue. My purchases have gotten quicker over the years due to my working relationship with Jay.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Helped me with an issue on a Mazda I did not even buy from them. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a reputable, personable and trustworthy Mazda dealer, this is the place to go. Dave who manages Service Department is courteous, friendly and thorough. Christine in service keeps you in touch with the repair process. Receptionist works with you to get you in. I will be back.

I had an appointment for my Mazda CX-3's 60,000 mile check-up at Rohrich Service Center, following the guidelines outlined in the owner's manual. After waiting for about an hour and a half, Christine informed me that my oil had been changed, and my vehicle was all set to go.To my surprise, they didn't suggest any additional services or replacements. Curious about the details of the 60k mile check-up, I asked Christine several times for clarification on what exactly had been checked. Christine reassured me, saying, "We aren't going to try to sell you a replacement or additional service if your car does not need it." Feeling satisfied with her response, I left the service center.However, I had a feeling that my cabin air filter should have needed to be replaced after the amount of use. I decided to inspect it myself when I got home. To my disappointment, the filter was not checked as it was in a very dirty state.This discovery raises doubts about what else might have been overlooked during the so-called "check-up" if something as simple as the cabin air filter was neglected.After waiting over a month for the appointment and having purchased several cars from Rorich in the past, I am now skeptical if I mistook Rohrich’s previous reassurance to my questions for mere polite lip service aimed at simply appeasing the customer.

My experience at Rohrich Mazda with Jay and Ryan was amazing. This is my first time buying a car by myself without my parents, which can be very intimidating but Jay really made me feel so comfortable. I had a ton of questions to the point that I felt bad for bothering him but he answered everything so nicely and the whole process was a breeze, all thanks to Jay. Also, when picking up the car Ryan explained everything I needed to know which was very very helpful for me since this is my first Mazda. I would recommend Jay, Ryan and Rohrich Mazda to anyone interested in a Mazda. I bought a Mazda 3 and I absolutely love it!
