Kathy at Room Concepts helped me pick out the perfect Dining room table. I needed a small table which is difficult to find. I ended up with a beautiful amish table with padded chairs. I also got matching counter chairs for my island. Kathy gave me exceptional service and I can't wait to get my dining room table. I will be going back to look for end tables for my living room. It is a great place to shop!!!

Everyone was very friendly attentive helpful. Marcie who helped us was friendly very knowledgeable about the brands available. we came in for very specific brand and showed us what they had on the floor and were it was. answered all our questions. Not pushy very fare pricing.

Can't say enough positive about this place. In this day in age where everything else seems so negative it was refreshing to deal with Nathan, Justin and Room Concepts. We've been purchasing furniture from them for many years and have never been disappointed. Save yourself the time, aggravation and gas and just go directly to Room Concepts!

My husband and I were out looking for a new sectional for our Family Room. Barb was wonderful! I fell in love with a chair near the couch we liked and decided I had to have it too! Barb spent hours helping us find a couch color and throw pillow colors that would compliment the chair - making the whole room look cohesive. This is a service you would not get at the bigger box stores. She was patient and kind through the whole process.

Great experience! Nathan was extremely helpful and he really knows his products. We purchased a floor model on Saturday and had it in our home on Tuesday. Delivery crew was polite and efficient. We love the quality of the leather sectional we purchased.

Room Concepts carries items of high quality and good pricing and great service. I utilized them 20 years ago to purchase a bedroom, living room pieces and dinette set. The bedroom furniture still looks brand new. Would recommend to everyone.
