It's one of my go-to spots to get items for a fair price. Especially shoes and clothes. Today, I needed some beard shampoo and didn'tfeel like paying expensive prices!! Got this for $5!

I usually love Ross....but this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. They don't really have much and all of the clothes are either for teens or older ladies. Not much for if you are in between. And in the home section, the shelves always seem bare and they don't carry as much as the Ross stores that I've visited in other states. They need to step it up. Also, stop overworking the employees, I was recently in the store and the checkout line was wrapped around with more than 20 people and only 2 checkouts were open. One of the young ladies also had o work the jewelry counter, it was ridiculous. I see why there is always a turnover in this store. Corporate greed MUST STOP!!

The items and prices were great the only thing that was an inconvenience was that there was only two fitting rooms and if you wanted to try stuff on you would have to wait in line for a room for awhile.

I had the RUDEST experience today while being rung up. The cashier was very unfriendly, cutting me off and rushing me. I understand the store was busy, but it was so off-putting I don't really ever want to go back to ROSS. That behavior is ugly. This happened on April 13th @ almost 11:00am on Reg:4. It really is a shame because ROSS is one of my favorites or was one of my favorite stores. But I refuse to shop somewhere where I'm so poorly treated.
