I just left S&T FC/OH about 30 minutes ago. I went there to ask for 10 one dollar bills and a roll of quarters for a club event. The first thing the snitty little lady said to me was "Are you a customer of this bank?" I said "no". She then went into this song and dance about they can only serve their own customers because every transaction is keyed to a customer number and they can't open the drawer without a customer number and ... and .. and. I said "Are you kidding?" She said "no, every bank does it this way". Then she got her supervisor (another charming lady) who asked me who I banked with. I said Citizens. She said "Well, Citizens will be happy to take care of you" (rough paraphrase). Then she said "We would love to have you for a customer". I told her I would NEVER be a customer of S&T Bank, EVER. She said "Sorry". So I drove across the river to Oakmont Citizens, made the same request, and without hesitation, the teller took my money, counted out 10 ones and got a roll of quarters. And then said "Thank you, sir. Stop again". Do you get my point? Or do you need someone to spell it out for you? I will never, ever, ever, ever, stop again at S&T. I don't care if I'm bleeding to death. I will never go there again. jlOakmont

A truly HORRID bank which continues to block me from logging in to my own business account online. In fact, I have spent untold hours attempting tofix this problem with no success. When I attempt to log in, I am always asked to call their 800 number, a tortuous effort which takes at least 30-40 minutes before anyone even answers. The representative always tells me they will correct the problem, however, THEY NEVER DO. As I only signed UP with this bank for the bonus money, I will soon be leaving once I transfer my funds to another bank. Still, i did want to warn others about the incompetency of S & T and its poor customer service.My advice: DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK!!!!!

Everyone that I have encountered there, and at all the S & T branches, has been kind and helpful. Always taking time to answer my questions and provide great service. My bank of choice in the Pittsburgh area.

This is a roomfull of snobby women and one man.No smiles here and the one with the big mouth she dont like the smell of cigarette smoke.well too bad you deal with the public.Deal with it.!!!!!
