If you aren't an uncommon size, then this place is great, but since I'm pretty tall and have big feet, I never get too lucky shopping here.

I called ahead because I had to drive far and they told me that I could make a return with my credit card alone. When I got there, they did not take the return. The associate did not tell me the extra rule that all tags need to be on the clothes. Although they cost me a half a day, they did not do anything to make up for the mistake or make an exception

I had previously been to two other stores before entering this one, so I already had a few shopping bags on hand. As I walked in, I noticed that the door sensors went off, which isn't unusual when you're shopping at a busy mall. However, an employee quickly rushed to the door I was coming through and started asking me about the sensors and looking inside my bag. She tried to play it off as a common occurrence, but I couldn't shake the feeling of discomfort as I walked through the store. The employees seemed to be following me around, and I felt like I was being watched the entire time. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and decided to leave. During this, another person walked in and had the same experience, but I didn't notice any of the employees giving them the same level of attention. Sadly, it seems like people of color may need to be cautious when shopping at this store.

I walk in store with an item I purchased online a week earlier with a tag attached and receipt. The online store sent me a wrong sunglasses, same brand, same style a different color. I drive from distance expecting to have an easy return. I was wrong! Two managers on duty, one from the store and other from online customer service can not help me for more than an hour with a return and a mistake someone else did. I requested the store manager to take care of that issue while I am in store and he didn’t. The manager online was difficult to understand and promised to send a return label. 30 minutes he tried to send a return label to the store manager and couldn’t . His explanation was, that he can only send an email to the client. 7 hours later I have not received any return label. If I do not receive a help from customer service I will be seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance. I am sorry that all happened.

I am so upset with this place I’ve been there didn’t realize till I got home the two major purchases they did not put in my bag I was certainly charge for them this was highly important that I had these for gifts I am so outraged and now they are close I will be going back there tomorrow and probably returning my items there was no care whatsoever I am so disappointed this will not happen again

People just stand around on their phones or if they are actually working they are cranky and don’t seem to want you messing up the racks. Others are very unfriendly. I do like some of the merchandise but I seldom don’t go anymore. They should be more selective in whom they hire.

Beware false advertising!In the men's shoes section, there were two giant signs above every single aisle. "25% off" and "Buy One Get One Free". There were absolutely NO exclusions listed on the signs. However, when I went to check out, turns out that none of the discounts applied to any of the shoes I was buying. They applied only to about 10% of all of the shoes in the section, despite the fact that the signs were listed above EVERY SINGLE shoe aisle and had NO exclusions listed. Really despicable that management thinks that these disgusting, blatant attempts to increase sales by lying to their customers are acceptable.

Saks Off 5th has lots of mens dress clothes and also home decor. The store is well organized and clean with nice staff!

I don't understand why they close early - people who can afford to shop here don't even have time to because they're closed. Also, stop selling clothes people can find in regular department stores. Otherwise, the staff is wonderful.

The mens section is sooooo cheeeesy and tacky.Who wears this stuff?Does anyone remember Chess King? Same vibe.Salespeople are very nice 10/10...but the clothes are 1/10.
