It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and let me tell you It felt like a whole different store from the last time (in a good way) it was so clean and organized! The employees were super friendly and helpful, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I asked the employees what had changed and told them about my previous experiences with the store. They told me they got a new manager, I asked if the manager was there and she was! I asked to speak with her so I could compliment her, and interaction we had was fantastic!!! To put it simply, WOW!

I.was told by store clerk when I called that I could not call in an order I would have to call DoorDash to get pick up my order or she could not go pick up my order and bring it to the counter so the person would have to come in the store and find it their self . I’m paying for the product from Sally’s can’t just go pickup the items and leave at counter? What happened?

Never open during their posted business hours, can't call to confirm they're open, show up on multiple occasions hour to two hours past opening time & still locked up no one in sight. Unreliable location

Came today 9/26/22 to get a few things I needed because I ran out last night. Showed up a couple of minutes before 10 and the store never opened. Ever. I even went to run another errand and came back…it’s now 10:30 and the store is still…you guessed it…unopened. I hope these are franchises because I could only imagine someone doing this if it’s THEIR business that they don’t care about. I’ll also be emailing.

Got told to ring out 45 minutes before the store closed because the employee needed to “take a break” which was odd. I drove quite a ways to get there and wasn’t done grabbing what I needed. As someone who has worked retail for many years, breaks should be done well before the last operating hour…this was strange and the woman seemed to just want me to leave so she could close early. Not cool. Won’t be driving back to this location.

Update your hours on your website/Google! You've had a temporary sign posted on the door since 2020. And even now ya'll close before the posted times. I love wasting gas with these current fuel prices.

Placed an order today, March 30th, received the notification that the order was ready in about an hour of placing it, was down at the store in about 15 minutes of that notification, it was about 5:00pm, only to find the store was locked up and closed. Called the store. Phone was off, saying the store was closed. The store isn't supposed to close until 6:00pm. My order is already paid for. Picking my order up tomorrow, and will never place an order at this Sally's again. Why would you say an order is ready only to close the store with no notice to those coming to pick said orders up.. and my order wasn't even the only order sitting there. There were other online orders sitting next to mine. So I can only imagine there are other people that will may be going to that store to find it closed and locked when it should be open as well. Extremely unprofessional. A phone call would have been more than sufficient. Could have easily sent my order to another store to be filled. Like this isn't that hard. Unreal.

The staff was really helpful, and one even offered to price check something for me since the price wasn’t on the shelf. Sally’s in general can be expensive sometimes but it’s for the quality of the products. Overall it’s a good, clean location with nice staff

They've been doing it for years but they always follow you into and around the store when you browse. If theft is that big of a problem then maybe close this location? Also today I bought an item that was apparently on the wrong rack (didn't notice until at the register) because the price was nearly $2 over what the sign said. Usually I'd return it or make them price it at what the shelf said (as there was more than one of the same item in that spot) but I didn't even have time to waste. Maybe if you spend less time following EVERY customer around the store and more time making sure your prices are right, it would be a better location. I rarely come here because the prices are outrageous but sometimes they do have what you need.

Megan the store Manager is Fantastic! I came in there clueless with a strict budget looking to dye the end of my dreads. She showed me everything I needed quickly and professionally and gave me all the instructions I needed!

I'm happy I went to get a second opinion on what level of bleach to use on my hair ... because for the lady that work here and says she has her own salon surely didn't know what she was talking about . Sally's on McKnight road was a big help btw
