Long story short, there was a sign on the front of the door “ran to the restroom” - after waiting about 5 mins, I decided to wait in my car. I looked to the store and the girl was standing there at the back of the store obviously waiting for me to leave. We looked at each other then I waited a few minutes watching her walk aimlessly around the store before going back up to the door. I knocked on the glass, she didn’t unlock. Take note, this was at 530 .. they’re open until 8. Called and spoke to a manager, she was nice and apologetic but I won’t be returning. The few times I went there, there’s always something that puts me off.

10/10 do not recommend!!!! I stopped coming to this one particular store a few years ago. So I figured I’d give it another try. They had the same 12 days of Christmas on clearance since 2019!!!!!! So I was super iffy on getting certain things. Let’s not even get on how the store manager was just flat out trashy! I feel bad for the woman she’s training! I will never in life come back to this one.

Normally this would be my go to Sally's store. However I can't seem to make their new hours. Even today as I left early to stop in before going to work at 5:30pm. They close at 6 however still not back from lunch at 5:20pm. Super frustrating.

Not sure what's going on with this store but it appears they are experiencing an identity crisis. I shop in here for their knock off paul Mitchell, it's a 10, Aveda and Kenra products when I don't feel like spending a million dollars on the real thing. Anyway apparently now this store/company is phasing out the generics they were known for and probably founded on and are slowly incorporating high end name brands, which is wrong on so many levels. First of all I have shopped at several of their locations and it's very rare to find an employee that is knowledgeable enough to sell high end care, not to mention qualified- (I have many stories about their associates giving horrible and incorrect color advice) many of them have zero customer skills and act like you are bothering them if you ask about a product that you can't find. The whole idea of buying high end beauty is to get the whole pampering experience that goes along with the price tag, and to feel confident that the product that you are purchasing is appropriate for your particular needs. These people in my opinion can't provide that. Unless Sally's is really planning on amping up their hiring standards and employee retail/customer service training, I think they should stay in their lane which is good knock off shampoo for the girl on a budget! I'm going to miss those products and don't see myself returning for higher end for the reasons listed previously. This would be like McDonald's not changing anything about the restaurant itself but have their employees selling la mont food out the drive thru window! Stay in your lane Sally!

Walked in the store to buy hair color. The Associate at the front desk was having a conversation with someone whom may have been a regular. As to coming in the store I was not greeted nor acknowledge in any type of way. After the associate was done talking. She still didn't bother to provide any costumer service to me too check and see if I needed help with anything. Instead she decided to help out a guy who came in the store and helped him out. I was highly disappointed with my experience there.

I came in needing help on long lasting mascara. Everything she referred me to as "she always uses" I had to take back because it did not last and it ran even if I didnt run it. She had long curled hair.
