Website show store as open but the store was clearly closed today. There were two other customers who were leaving disappointed. This was 12 to 12:20pm. in the afternoon. Please update your website or at least put a sign on the door. I stopped on my lunch break, poor communication.

This is the best Sally’s I’ve ever been to! The woman working, Angie, was incredibly helpful and kind. When I told her I didn’t know quite what product I needed, she was super nice and explained to me how the different products worked, what she recommended, etc. I totally recommend visiting here!

I was in today (4/5) around 4pm looking for something pretty specific that I unfortunately wasn’t able to find. The 2 ladies that were there were incredibly helpful with helping me find alternative products and come up with different ideas. It was a great experience and totally refreshing

This place commits racial profiling and is hostile and accusatory to dark-skinned customers who enter the store. A friend of mine was there recently and was followed and made to feel uncomfortable because they claimed some Black women had stolen some hair extensions from there. So, because of the color of my friend’s skin, she was guilty upon entry to the store. Racial profiling is unacceptable and this business needs to undergo serious training.

I have had three separate trips, two of which were horrible to this location and decided to share after unlucky number 3. First of all, Sally's is my "go to" for all of my hair/nail needs. I have always gone to the one located in Monroeville. However, this location seems to be a tad closer to our new home (a mile or two across the Hulton Bridge). Anyways, the first visit was helpful and resulted in me getting a HUGE tote/ travel bag for my purchase. I was happy, of course! The LAST and I mean last two visits were overall offensive. The 2nd visit, I was having a hair emergency and it was in the evening. I arrived about 10minutes prior to close (unbeknownst to me). All I needed was a toner shampoo. I needed help finding the "best" one. So I asked the cashier. There as an older woman who was working as well. When we weee discussing my options, she kept interrupting my questions with the another employee with "why don't you come back?" , "We are about to be closed." And intermittent nasty/uncomfortable looks. I actually had to say "no thanks, I'm only getting one thing.", but that didn't deter her. When I was checking out she continued this behavior WHILE standing in the exit door, holding it opened, obviously anxious to just get rid of me. My receipt was time stamped FIVE minutes prior to 8pm. NO need for her ignorance. My final trip, I was obviously hesitant because of that woman. Of course, she was there. This time it was closer to 10am. So I was hoping for the best!! This trip I was there to kill time and look for nail products and some new hair products while I waited for my teen daughter to call me for a ride home from a nearby friends home. Any questions I asked that woman about products was responded to by her with "I don't know"!! LITERALLY about every product! It was almost comical. I tried small talk and she answered annoyed and short. From there she choose to follow me like I was some thief. YET she still wouldn't be helpful when I asked questions about products . I explained to her why I was there for a while (Because I am interested in all the different acrylic products to do my daughters nails) because I FELT I NEEDED TO based on her invasion of my space and ruining my trip to the store and she continued to treat me like someone she just didn't want there. At that point, I emptied my cart (which was just about half full after 30min of shopping). I choose to go to Walmart and spend my money there. If anyone who values repeat customers reads this, do yourself a favor and cut your losses with that one. I CANNOT BE the only one!! It wasn't a bad day. It's a BAD SEED!

Yesterday I went to this same store and bought several items. I was checked out by an employee who was prompt and friendly. Today I tried to return an incorrect item and exchange for another. The cashier was having trouble with the system and claimed that it was a new system, and tried for a long time - well over TEN minutes. The line was growing and people were getting restless. No employees came to help to ask why the line was growing out of control (although I found out one other employee was on day two and another was being extremely helpful in helping customers in the store. I am unaware of what employee #4 was doing or where they went). She asked me if I was a member and I told her I was not. She asked me for my name and number then asked me if the guest she found with a similar name was me. I said no. I do not have a membership. She read the email to me out loud. I said no. I do not have a membership. She eventually abandoned the return and said, "the system isn't working, so you will just have to try to return it another day". She rang up my new items. An employee stopped by for a key and eventually my cashier asked for help because she was now locked out of her account on the screen (or something of the sort). The employee helps her and I ask the employee if she knows how to do a return, and she says yes. I offer to stand aside for other customers if she will help me. The original cashier says: "Just take your items and leave. Would it kill you to just come back another day?" Aside from the fact that this is a terrible way to treat a guest, and that this location is a long drive from my house and inconvenient, what frustrates me the most is that every employee in that store can vouch that I had been nothing but polite and kind while I stood and waited. There was no reason to be rude to me at all.

Professional and courteous employees, stayed professional dealing with a rude customer. I was in the next isle and heard how the customer talked to the saleswoman like she was nothing. The employee never responded, she kept her composure the whole time. Never even mentioned it after rude lady left
