Smelled like weed in the back of the store and the milk I purchased is two days passed the sell by date. Also, the wheel of the first cart I grabbed shook a ton because the wheel was coming loose. Carts were a bit scattered. Even the second cart I grabbed had a “thud” to it (but it was better than the first.) the guy at the register was nice though. Based on the previous comments (like rotten meat, etc) I feel like some big changes need to happen. I won’t be shopping at save a lot.

If I could leave zero stars I certainly would. Got one of those 5lb chicken thighs things last night AND IT WAS ALL ROTTEN MEAT. Slimy, stinky, moldy marrow it was terrible. When I called the number on the receipt it rang once then said no messages could be left I guess it was full. So I went to the website to fill out the form on quality issues and the form requires numbers that the meat did not have so I couldn't report the issue. This specific store is definitely the reason I do not shop at any Save A Lots anywhere it needs closed just like they did the one that use to be in the Hill District and replace it with the same place too

In all the stores around Wilkinsburg, Shop 'n Save is the worst. The meat is spoiled. The lady on register 4 everyday always has an attitude and is rude. Then when I try to talk to the manager, Pat or Patty I think, she was so rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She just put in her head phones and went into the back. Also, I don't understand why she doesn't have anything identifying that she works there. She wears plain clothes and a hoodie. You have people stealing every day and she does nothing to stop it.

Everything about this store is disgusting. I’d it rate it 0 if that was possible. The moldy food, the meat they’re selling marked 5lb when it’s clearly 2.35 and $11?!?!??????!!! & $16?!?!? For a lil over 3 lbs?! Management is RUDE, and I was absolutely appalled to see the flies in with the baked goods. 🤮 Don’t even try to respond all nice to me, in order to make me a happy customer and to make it right with me you’re going to need to get a better team running the business. The produce is rotten, and I’ve seen roaches running through the isles.. 0/10 I will NEVER be back to this store.

this store needs to be shut down not only is all the meat bad but its is not as much as it says it is itll say 5lb its 2 1/2 and gray or green the owners a pos the treat there employees like slaves and refuse to pay there employees right the rent a cop dosnt do his job usually just sits in the office they have rats and roaches fr helth department and labor board need to shut this down and file lawsuits most people dont have a choice but to use this store and people are getting sick from it THIS NEED TO BE CORRECTED

Not sure if it was due to the upcoming holiday but a lot of items I was looking for were not in stock and the conditions of the score could be a little bit better with a little bit of extra time spent cleaning and making it look more presentable.

I brought spoiled food Ross Ave Save A Lot, ground meat. Set up to look fresh, opened it to cook it was Brown on the inside, Harvest Bread molded bread in middle and the end wasn't good looked fixed to fool someone, yea it got me,Watermelon cut it open whole middle missing and it was a yellowish color good scheme but trouble doesn't last always and of course it's in the Black neighborhood please be careful Shopping there, they already know what to say when you tell them about it, paid to keep money in the store please be careful and its a shame for people who doesn't have a choice. God don't like Ugly and ain't fawned of cute Shame Black people and Poor People are target's always, so Sad Shame on the Owners ?
