I just wanted to say huge thanks to Karma, what a super helpful makeup artist! I am terrible at matching my own foundation and concealer color or even knowing which brand to start with. Karma helped me pick out the right products for my skin type and tone, and took the time to show me how to apply it properly. I like Sephora but it can be a little overwhelming trying to pick the right color / product base / product type with so many options, so thank you so much for making an otherwise intimidating process easy!

Tamia (sp?) was exceptionally helpful to me at this location. She exactly color matched my new foundation and helped me replace makeup that is so old I would likely have made myself blind if I kept using it. She was friendly and an expert at her craft. I was in good hands. If you need good makeup that will make you feel really good about yourself, go see her at this Sephora.

Visited on February 15th. Lady in black leather blazer was so rude. She is manager or so. Sephora should care about their customer service if They are charging so much! Really disappointed

If you don't look like the people who live in shadyside, try another location of you can. I wasn't even approached. Attempted to color match myself for about 40 minutes before I decided to go somewhere I can actually get some help.
