Wow! Sharpsburg Pack and Ship, and especially Delores there, are top notch. I was really in a bind with FedEx Memphis failing three times to retrieve a package, and then a private courier saying my packages (which had been outside at a prior address of mine) were too damaged to ship. Not for Delores! She got the packages reshipped and repacked the one box that was somewhat damaged. Great communication throughout - so critical with me 1000 miles away! Phone always answered promptly, with a can-do attitude, even for a one-of-a-kind project that others (including Scott Courier Service) couldn't be bothered with. Do you need a little TLC for your shipping project? Look no further. Yes you pay for this kind of service but I consider it money well-spent. Thank you Delores! Sure you can go to a big FedEx store and work with some youthful, corporate drone. And maybe get the run-around if you have a unique issue. But if you want someone who will genuinely sympathize with your plight, help craft a creative solution, AND execute? I recommend this location and Delores in particular.
