I pass here a lot so come here more than I should for food but plan to stop, if the order is done in a reasonable amount of time it's almost never correct, or they take 40 complete the order (and still sometimes then it's not correct either). My most recent trip, for example, the burger my kid got was way over cooked and had obviously been sitting awhile, the bun was stale and hard, my double meat hot pepperoni wrap was not double meat and ice cold. The fries also were soggy and gross with a bunch of black over cooked ones that looked like they sat in the bottom of the fryer for awhile.
Everything else here is fine, but I would not recommend ordering any food at this location, it's too unpredictable and often very poor quality.

Picked up my mobile order the other night to find the nastiest cheese sticks. All of which were overcooked and missing the cheese (as you can tell). While I waited for my order, I watched them put the items in the bag and let it just sit there for a few minutes while they passed out other orders. Overall was let down.

There were only types of coffee the Columbian coffee has been out for at least 2 weeks, no sugar in the machines, I understand that this location is extremely busy but it seems that management does not care to observe the store to make sure everything is operational.
EDIT- I will give one extra star only because I went to the same sheetz that same day after I posted my review and ALL the coffee was filled . This location still has A LOT of changes that need made to become comparable to all the other sheetz locations I've been to.

No E-85 gas is needed for most cars that need it suggest getting it so no one does the drive time that need E85

the night crew is horrible when it comes to food. i asked for “heavy mayo” and got little to none. i wanted over 20 minutes for a burger for no reason when the place wasn’t even that busy. would not recommend going there at night for food. absolutely a terrible experience

Usually have a good experience here but took my new truck through the wash and got this big scratch on 8/24/24. It was waxed and detailed on 8/22/24 but had lantern fly goo all over it so I took it through the wash. Hope no one has this happen to them.

The manager at this location chased me to my car and accused me of stealing MTO food. I dunno why she’d assume I’m too hard up for $2 worth of hot dogs, but apparently they’re not giving her enough to do so she’s just gotta harass people who look different.
This occurred at 11pm-ish on 7/23, just so the poor Sheetz marketing employee who has to try to resolve this location’s seemingly constant 1-star reviews knows the most likely source of why customers are so displeased.

My door dash driver waited 30 minutes for my order that they screws up. So I called the manager and she was nice and polite. I drove there to pick up the remainder of my order and when I get it they screwed up again!!!!!!! When I noticed the employees cooking the food I have to be honest. I'm not that surprised
