During my recent visit to this location, I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member named Gabe. From the moment we entered the store, his body language was off-putting as he behaved like he did not want to be bothered. When my friend asked him a question, he blankly stared and shrugged. When it was time to check out, he came across as rude and argumentative over a minor issue. He seemed to struggle with maintaining respectful communication. Tone and posture is everything as I used to work in customer service myself. Gabe incorrectly assumed I was underage when I accompanied a friend purchasing alcoholic beverages. Even after scanning my ID and confirming my 27 years of age, he dismissively stated, “That still doesn’t mean anything,” and proceeded to call his manager again, after the manager was already called and explained store policy in a respectful manner. He also left my ID on the counter instead of handing it back to me like I handed it to him.
I’ve always enjoyed visiting this location and have never had a negative experience before—everyone is usually very friendly and professional. Fortunately, the manager handled the situation with respect and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. Didn’t catch his name but shout out to him for his kindness and excellent customer service.

I walk in there with my boyfriend and the night shift lady is there cleaning up, cool, we use the bathroom and I come out and 2 new employees are working now. The one we’re talking about is Lisa. She watched me put in my order on the kiosk, I have rewards so I put in my email big whoop, online mobile orders have 193748302019 numbers compared to 3 when it’s on the kiosk. Then mines in for 4 mins already and then someone she knows puts in hers and goes “extra toasty not too hard either” and she looks at my order and goes “online order it can wait.” I had already been waiting. Then my boyfriend puts in an order and she tells the guy working with her “yeah I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t get 3 drinks.” Implying she wouldn’t have done my order. This Sheetz needs a better morning crew. Where I work we treat online orders as if it’s a customer coming in and ordering in line with everyone else, it’s no excuse, and it’s not even an online order. Really ruined my morning, foods great though 🥰

Went to order hot dogs and fries at 1:30am. i come to this location sometimes after work and the night crew is very nice. only 2 workers this time. My food was done when i went to pay but while i was paying the manager Nick gave my food out to a random lady at the register and she stuck her hands in. The girl who made my food had to remake it and was clearly frustrated with the guy but he didnt apologize to either of us and just sortof stared at me while she made it. She apologized and gave me extra fries to try and make up for it. Good workers but this night manager seems like he doesnt care and just stands around.

At 130 the morning I placed my order. They were very under staffed, and I waited 45 minutes for my order. But that was not my issue. I got home, opened my food and it was not what I ordered. I ordered a hot dog with cheese, ketchup and onions and got some sort of sausage, with peppers and onions and ketchup. I don't like sausage and now I do not have anything to eat. Just very disappointed and hungry.

This isn’t as much a review of the store as it is the current state of sheetz. $4.69 +pa tax for a side of cheese bites is insane. Used to be cheaper and you got more. Now it’s the exact opposite.

Just when you think the food is getting better they mess up an order again, constantly forgetting ceasar sauce on snack wrap. Easily the worst location in the general area if you are planning on dining I recommend driving a bit further to wexford or the babcock location as it seems the food at those locations is far better.

Not too far away from where I live. Sheetz is always a top gas station! Food has been great the two times I’ve visited so far!

Compared to most locations, the workers here make dome of the best MTO I’ve ever had. About as good as it gets when it comes to Sheetz, thanks to this location’s good workers

Very nice place like all the rest but seems to be low staffed even for a Steeler game Sunday at 1:00 p.m.Took 20 minutes to get one order of cinnabites but they do have the 88 blend there

Sheetz is a regional chain of gas stations and convenience stores. This particular location has a small parking lot and some gas pumps. I thought that the convenience store was a little small compared to other Sheetz stores. I did not buy any made-to-order foods. My husband purchased lottery tickets, and we did not wait long before the employee printed our tickets and took our payment.
