Shell

Shell, Gas Stations , Liquor Stores
Hours: Shell is a well-known global brand and the largest mobility retailer in the world, offering fuel and convenience store services across approximately 12,000 stations in the U.S. It supplies quality motor fuels, including Shell V-Power® NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline, primarily through independent wholesalers operating under the Shell name. The stations serve around 8 million customers daily and often feature electric vehicle charging stations in some locations. Customer experiences at Shell vary widely. Many customers appreciate the convenience, friendly staff, and the availability of store items. Some mention easy access and good communication from most employees, contributing to a positive experience. However, safety concerns are raised at certain locations, especially during evenings, with reports of dangerous behavior and feelings of being harassed or threatened, particularly outside some stations. A few reviews describe the area as sketchy or unsafe, with instances of harassment from homeless individuals. Despite these issues, Shell remains popular for its fuel rewards program and overall service, though safety at some locations can be inconsistent.
