I own Donovan interior painting, LLC. And I have to say that the Babcock location is the best. The friendliest staff. Great place. Only location I use. I hope these guys get bonuses because they deserve one and I sincerely mean it. They deserve one. Thank you guys I always look forward to coming to get my paint and supplies there.

Zack was amazing to work with! We came in just before the closed and he stayed later than open hours to not only take care of us, but he also walked us through all the tools we would need to paint our home!He was insightful, informative and so pleasant with a smile the entire time.He even carried and loaded all of our paint and tools!Highly recommend this place and will return when we need more!

Great customer service. Only thing I noticed is that they are not as willing to take care of the small guy here as they do at the green tree location. Usually during the blue bucket sale when I fill up 3 buckets with $300 worth of supplies they give me the special buckets that are made for the sale to me for free. Ya know because it’s the blue bucket sale and I’m a small business owner trying to run a small construction company. Despite my one small gripe the staff were still excellent and very polite.

Excellent service! Stopped in today to buy some paint and the clerk, Colin, was extremely helpful and friendly. Store was very clean and had a great selection.

I have purchased paint from this Sherwin-Williams store at least a few times over the past several months. The employees have always treated me well. The paint can be expensive, but it is a high quality, and the store sometimes has sales and coupons. Their hours are convenient—into the evening from Monday through Friday and also some hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Over the past several months, I have purchased paint and supplies from this Sherwin-Williams store at least a few times. During my first couple of visits, the staff tried to find my name in their computer, but they credited my purchases of paint to other customers. For my most recent purchase, I ordered and paid for the order on their website, so all that I had to do in store was pick up the order. The website and email had said that orders are usually ready for pickup within two hours, but this store took two days to fulfill my order, because the paint was not in stock and because the employees were busy with other orders. The employee who served me today politely greeted me, quickly brought out my order, and said a friendly goodbye. Prices for paint can be a little high, but the store sometimes has sales and coupons, and the paint is an excellent quality. I appreciate that this store is open until 7 PM on Monday through Friday and that they are open also on the weekend.

We visited this store on Babcock Blvd to purchase a paint color we purchased five years ago. The sales person was very helpful and looked it by by my name and my husband’s name. Once he found it, we were good to go. The store is very clean. Employees wearing masks. It was a good experience.
