It's an okay store in a pinch for a few quick items. The cashier that waited on me could stand some customer service skills training. He didn't greet me whenever it was my turn to be waited on. I said "Thank You. Have a great day." as he handed me my receipt. His response...."Yep." I guess they aren't used to people of color shopping in the store. My apologies that I have manners no matter what color you are. Let me continue to shop at Giant Eagle where the customer service is always consistently great!

I'm not a fan of this store. They never have what I want and they are overpriced.

I needed to purchase 30 gift cards today. Jodi and Patty were both very helpful. I appreciate the small store feel.

Meat was rotting and there were very few options. Go to the Rochester location instead.

Either the cashier didn't know what he was doing or the items were coded wrong. At least 2 items rung up as more than they should have. The guy at the deli was a little bit rude and impatient too.

This has to be the worst store I've entered in the Northills!!!! They are racist idc what anyone says I am an African American woman who plays the lottery ALOT as well as my co worker who is Indian. They ALWAYS no matter if it's 9am, 11am, 3-4pm they ALWAYS tell me they don't have enough money to cash me out not even knowing the amount of the tickets, but I've watched several workers never ask or turn away a Caucasian woman who always plays and has big winners. I didn't pay much attention at first but it has happened to us at least 15 time's seriously what's the issue??!!!This has to be against lottery rules and I will be taking this further. Store is dirty workers (sum) are alcoholics I've smelled alcohol maybe that's the reason too drunk to count!!!!

I’ve written off this place finally. Today I went in to ask for agave syrup. The staff woukdnt help me and manager said “I don’t know what that is”In the past I went in to look for vanilla beans. I asked a clerk. They replied “they are with the rest of the beans. “. SMH. I’m not kidding

I think it's a great store.Very convenient and employees very efficient. It doesn't have everything you need like a larger chain but still sufficient.I go there often. Never had a problem.

This shop n save is a bit smaller and doesn't have everything but for general groceries it's great. They always slice deli items instead of grabbing it from a pile in the case. In addition to normal weekly shop n save sale items this location often has additional items for sale. The downside to the store is thst its small. So they don't have everything on my list. Such as spicy Chinese mustard.

Don't even think about using a reusable sack at this location unless you're okay with the cashier acting like you've just handed them a pair of dirty underwear and announcing they don't like to touch other ppls bags. I respect anyone's wishing to take precautions, but it can be done with a polite request. Are they also within their rights to become indignant when they have to handle other ppls cash?

Funky, very neighborhood feeling store but they have some real gems that you can’t get at other big name stores like individual fresh habaneros and tomatilloSure the store is smaller and slightly out dated but who cares? It’s your local, family owned neighborhood store. It’s owned and operated by your neighbors.Best part though? The little kid buggy!! I will drive from lawrenceville to this shop again
