The dark haired older lady at self check out is miserable. Went to shop.n save in Murrysville. Always liked your store the best until you hired a miserable person. She is a reason not to go to your store

We went in last Friday. Tried to use our phone number to look up our account. We found out they never updated my information from my last visit. I'd gone to customer service to update my address & phone number. I requested a replacement card as well. I realized after leaving they never gave me my replacement card. It's my bad for not going back but I was in a bit of a hurry. (mine is worn out and the numbers can't be read)
While at the checkout the young man was on his phone texting. He would scan a few items then answer a text At the end of the transaction I asked him my total, as I am having vision problems. He continued to type on his phone and ignore me. My husband had to walk over, look at the screen and inform me of the balance. It was embarrassing. Then we leave the store and stop at their gas station. I have money off due to the big order I just purchased. The attendant tells me I can't use the points without a physical card. (Most places allow look up by phone number) At this point the store is closing & I can't get the new card. This was a very frustrating series of events. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack thereof.

Store is nice I had a situation where I got bulk candy the girl didn’t know how to ring it up called for assistance and still could not ring it up. I finally told the girl to take it off my bill. That was an inconvenience and I waited along time.

Honestly this has been my favorite grocery store for years. Today made it so much more true. The bakery (and cake decorator Susan) was absolutely wonderful. I left all artistic design to the cake decorator and I am so very pleased. It turned out absolutely beautiful and was delicious too! Everyone loved it and complimented the design and taste. I cannot thank you enough!
