This Skechers store sells their brand of shoes, socks, clothing, and accessories for women, men, girls, and boys. Prices are low to moderate. I like their bungee-lace sneakers, and my husband likes their slip-on shoes.During our recent visit, an employee immediately greeted us at the front door. The store was full of a large assortment of styles. At the checkout counter, another employee quickly and accurately rang up my purchase and made friendly chit-chat.

I just left the store after being there for almost an hour. Worst store experience. There were probably 4-5 employees. Every single one of them were cleaning the shelving like madmen. Only one guy said “Are you finding everything alright?” I said “No, I’m not. I need arch support and why don’t the different styles fit the same size?” No help. I continued shuffling around looking for a comfortable pair of sneakers. Finally found a pair - in white. (I’m not a nurse so I’m def not wearing white). Asked a woman who was cleaning shelves if all stock was out. She yelled over to the guy, asked him. He responded but the music was so loud (they had turned it up about 20 mins before that) I couldn’t hear him. Never even asked me what color I was looking for. Didn’t offer to help or order it in for me. Needless to say, I walked out. The store has a great shoe selection, but I need arch support and when I finally found one style, it wasn’t in my size or the color I would wear. Disappointing that the “big boss coming for a visit” was more important than a customer. ?

Absolutely rude and slow customer service. I got pair of shoes twice this week for my relatives and today April 18th around 3pm and male register with long hair and beard was rude and did not help at all. I would avoid this store and visit dsw for example

Great Customer Service this Saturday morning at the outlet. They opened at 10 and the Tony handled my returns efficiently with no hassle. He also patiently gave me advice on what I needed for my Plantar Fasciitis feet. I was able to get a pair and as it was 50% of the second pair he searched for my size online and had a pair coming in from the Ohio store. They have a large selection and great deals here. It is very similar to the Grove City Oulet but closer to home. The store is off McKnight road near other stores and restaurants. If you need shoes, this si the place to try first. I wear Sketchers sneakers, sandles and boots and my feet arw very thankful.

Was told I couldn't take out that many shoes to try on because they might get mixed up. I told the guy I will put them back. When I got to the register he took a phone call instead of waiting on me. Then the old dude from the floor acused me of leaving shoes on the floor. When there was another lady trying shoes on. Once he get off the phone then he told.me I couldn't use a coupon. Terrible customer service
