Absolutely rude attitudes from the workers the moment you walk in the door. Don't be mad at me because you are miserable that you work at T-Mobile! When I called customer service on the phone to leave a complaint the worker on the phone was well aware of this specific location and said he's had multiple complaints in the past week. Sounds like they need a brush up on customer service skills at the Waterworks Location, manager included!

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in last week to get help with a malfunctioning phone and the worker Alec tried to blame my case for it. It ended up being a phone defect and T-Mobile was replacing it with a warranty replacement. Instead of shipping it to my house, the worker had it shipped to the store so I would have to sit for hours or possibly an entire day to transfer my phone over. This makes absolutely no sense why he would have done it this way considering the standard according to the phone representative is to send it to the customer's home. He also should have given free overnight shipping but neglected to do that as well and it took an entire week. On top of that, he put the replacement on the wrong phone line and someone else in my family kept getting all of the updated messages about it. Save yourself the time and effort of going in the store and just call customer service on the phone instead. They are not miserable people and won't waste your time or their own. The manager at the waterworks store is also completely unprofessional and not even sure how he attained the title of manager. Though I can't imagine it takes that much skill to become one at a cell phone store. And the worker who tried interjecting herself while she was helping another customer is absolutely out of line as well. They need a whole training lesson on customer service at this location! Do not go to the Waterworks location if you absolutely have to go to a store.

This store has some individuals who doesn't know how to respect the customers especially when the unprofessional attitude coming from the retail associate manager and another female worker, their unprofessional and unrespectful behavior during my visit to that store are not welcome and definitely they needs a training for how to deal with customers.The good thing that there are many stores around this location that can provide same services with good morals and in professional way, I believe the reputation for any business is built by the good morality and when you lose this reputation you will find the people staying away from your business.

The only thing I can say is that the makers of phones are not making enough money at 800 -1200 for a phone. They need to start charging for a charger for that very expensive phone. This started by iPhone and Samsung followed by doing the same. This is the same Apple ? that pays it's workers in China @ $5 a day. They had some issues just a few years ago when the new thing at the factory was to jump off the roof or out the window and commit suicide. They put such pressure on these Chinese workers at that factory. So the cost of an iPhone is minimal to Apple and we the consumers pay great deal. The Apple company had to think up additional ways to increase revenue. So someone said we can charge for chargers. Now they are charging 20 to 40 dollars. This also goes for anything needing a charge. For example; Airbuds, Galaxy Buds2s, laptops, iPad etc.Thank Apple and Samsung for charging you for charging your phones,buds,laptops etc.Thank you for allowing me to rant about issue.

very friendly! We came in with a lot of dilemmas, and servicing issues switching over from Verizon (worst ever) to T-Mobile ? and the associates here were all so nice, patient and knowledgeable!!! We love our phones and this service will stay in the family. Thank Alec and Ian (I think) for helping us and being so kind!!

Never switch to T-Mobile. The worst company. I wish that I could break my contract with them. After opening a prepaid account and then figuring out that it will not work on my phone, they promised to return the money or apply it to my account, but it is already a month and I am still waiting for the money to be credited. But the worth part of their business is their app. To open an account with T-Mobile (which was never an issue for me with any app) I am online with their Customer Service for 3 hours now, and everyone keeps me transferring me and starting all over again with each representative. Very poor customer service. I changed 5 representatives and hate their customer service. They don’t know what they are doing. The worst unreliable company. They don't deserve even 1 star.

Jorge ordered the wrong watch to be delivered after an hour long discussion about the color that was needed, since they did not have it in stock. He understood the urgency of this since I will be leaving the country and completely dropped the ball. He also did not point out the major differences between the Samsung phones I was looking at. I would not recommend going to this location after the hours I have spent in multiple stores and on the phone with customer care trying to get the correct watch that I wanted.

Stopped in today to upgrade my phone. I was helped by 2 people. The lady’s name was Sheila and she was super friendly. She helped me pick out and pay for the phone. A super awesome employee, I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he had glasses and dreadlocks, helped me set up my iPhone and also put my screen protector on for me. Very friendly and informative. Super helpful. Will definitely return to this location in the future!

Brant (the store manager) was great!!! I've had nothing but bad customer service stories from other spring t stores and via sprint representatives on the phone until I came to this store. Brant was very friendly and helpful; he solved my issue and even offered a better solution than I was thinking. Definitely would recommend this sprint store in particular and kudos to Brant for providing excellent customer service!
