This place has really gone down hill. It's clearly all about profits over customer experience. Everything is an upcharge. Water, in a cup? That will be $4. Just an empty plastic cup with nothing in it? Still $4. If you decide to pay the $7 for a 20oz bottle of water, they confiscate the cap. You hooligans CANNOT be trusted with the plastic cap from a water bottle! Can you imagine?! Also, the "screens" they have on either side of the stage are literally smaller than my living room tv (see pic for proof).
Only come here for a show if you absolutely have to, it's literally your last resort, and that artist will never tour again ever. Otherwise, I'd say avoid at all costs.
It wasn't always this way - I used to look forward to coming to shows here! Guess the sun has set on that era.

I absolutely love this venue.. Indoor and outdoor experiences are amazing... just wish tickets for Teddy Swims were so expensive and Megan Moraney.

The venue was sequestered to the upstairs platform by the bar. That's it! For the stage, sound, merch AND ALL THE DAMN PEOPLE! what a joke. And that was not told to us in advance. Do better! We left before we got squished

I neglected to read bag policy… ditched my Korean leather purse by a garbage can and found it after the show. If that doesn’t show how great Pittsburgh is, it should. The girl was doing her job and I respect her for that! READ BAG POLICIES PEOPLE! DONT risk it for the outfit! I got lucky! The venue is great, the people in the crowd rock, and quite frankly, I have never had a problem there! Also, you cannot deny the VIEWS that this venue has to offer! Accessible by trolley and walk to look at a beautiful stadium… will be back and will gladly support through and through!

Such a nightmare this was my fifth concert in 2 months that includes 5 different venues. This is the worst the security is terrible they do nothing to enforce the posted rules. There were people selling spots at the front of the line for 30 dollars a person the staff did nothing. I will be making sure any future shows are not here.

Not my favorite venue, but not the worst I've ever been to. Saw an indoor concert (Opeth), the concert was amazing, sound was good. I found the staff to be pretty rude and curt, and I purchased seating on the balcony, I did not know they would be uncomfortable plastic bleachers shoved in very back of the room. As I'm nearing 40, my days of moshing in the GA section are over, but the venue could definitely do better for people that pay an extra premium to be seated. 7 dollars for a bottle of water is absolutely insane. Traveled 4 hours from NEPA to go to the show, not sure I'd come back to this venue again unless it's a band that I am a super fan of and I can't miss a show.

Staff were great. Very efficient, kept the areas clean and the food presented well. They were very helpful with directions. Valets were fast and professional.
