Highly recommend! Moved my stuff here between leases and found the front desk super helpful (Anna especially!) I was able to make use of the free truck for a seamless move. There is always parking and docks with lifts, which makes moving your stuff in and out a breeze. Clean facility, well light, with temperature regulation.

Anna and Kylen were a joy at 9:00am. Understanding, professional, upbeat, and genuine. All qualities of top tier property managers. They helped me figure out all the info I needed after some time since my last visit. They even put a temporary lock on my unit when I forgot to put mine back on!! Seriously experiences like these are what make life easy so we all have time to focus on the happy little moments. If I could give six stars I would!!

I've used STORExpress Southside many times over the past 10-15 years, and have helped several friends move their stuff in and out of storage units there as well.
I and my friends have always been very happy with the service and the options. I just got off the phone with Anna at the Southside location's office, and as usual for STORExpress personnel, she was knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
For particular features I like at the Southside location, they have covered loading dock bays, so you don't have to load and unload in the rain, and the loading docks have lifts so you can use regular vehicles or trucks.
I like the extended hours of access (6am-10pm) at STORExpress Southside. I've always found it frustrating that some storage places don't allow access after fairly early in the evening.
Finally, they have a large supply of carts/moving dollies, both flatbed and the kind that are basically a huge plastic bin (about 3 feet wide, 5 feet long, 3 feet high). A lot of storage unit places only seem to have one or two of those for their customers.

I have been with Store Express Southside for over ten years, often maintaining two units at the same time as my kids made their way through college. The excellent service over the years has never faltered, but the young ladies currently on the front desk have excellent customer service down to a science. Not only have they seamlessly helped me transition through several unit consolidations and transfers, but led me through all the paperwork and payment method changes for the kids after graduation and my own transactions as well. I have been particularly impressed watching them handle difficult customers, especially some of the college students who expect to have their problems (which are not really problems, but minor inconveniences at best and beyond the control of the staff - such as a full loading dock or a temporary shortage of transfer tubs during high volume periods during graduation). When faced with difficult, demanding, and impolite customers, I observed their ability to quickly resolve the situations through proactive problem solving, politeness, and composure - very impressive! I have always had a great experience with this team. Moreover, there is a gentleman who has been with them for years responsible for maintenance and customer assistance on the floor who is amazing. You never need to ask him for assistance- if you need help with any large moves, working the loading dock, or it simply looks like you could use a hand, he is quick to offer assistance whether or not he is asked and often the help is no small matter when the items involved are awkward in size and/or quite heavy. While it is certainly not his job to assist the customers who should bring their own help (and most do), he consistently overlooks their failure to plan and takes time to help. He has done so many times with me. Probably most importantly, he never acts put upon, but gladly helps when he sees the opportunity to help. Simply, he is kind- that should say it all! Dave B.
