From start to finish, this place was great. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant and super helpful (Kylen, Gary, Jordan, and whoever else!). The price is perfect. The facility is large, clean, safe, and easy to access. We got a free truck rental to move our stuff in. You really couldn't ask for more. The entire process was actually easy, one less headache we had to deal with during a long moving process! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This place was fantastic. The managers Jordan and Kylen were both super friendly and helpful, and the rental process was easy. Compared to other options I looked at, the price was awesome. I had absolutely 0 problems, the communication was wonderful, and move-out was flawless. If I ever need storage again, I’ll be back!

Storexpress Southside is a great facility to store your belongings. The Manager, Jordan was professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Prices for a rental space is reasonable but they could use more rental trucks I had to come back a day after i rented my space to barrow a ?. It was just about free like they advertise for a four hour window and when you go in to rent you must use a debt or credit they take no cash so good luck renting.

I shopped around before choosing the Pittsburgh Southside location of STORExpress. Here are five reasons why I chose it:1. IT’S A LARGE FACILITY.It’s large so it was easy to find, and it offered the full complement of choices you could only get in a large facility, the floor you want, the size you want, and the options you want, like CLIMATE CONTROL (highly recommend – a small upcharge for a significant upgrade that’s not just for your things, but for your personal comfort, as well).2. IT’S A FAIRLY NEW FACILITY.The facility is fairly new so things work.3. IT’S A WELL-DESIGNED FACILITY.The snack and soda machines are stocked, the restrooms are clean and properly maintained, and procedures are in place and observed so that trash does not accumulate – empty boxes don’t linger long – and you never see dust or debris anywhere.4. IT’S A SAFE AND SECURE FACILITY.The facility is bright and well-lighted, with cameras and security equipment strategically placed, and in good working order.--- and my personal favorite ---5. MOVING IN WAS A BREEZE.Luxury-sized parking stalls made moving in a breeze, even for someone like me who hates backing up. Like parking spots from the 60s, with more room than you would ever need. The rear of the stall was immediately adjacent to a freight elevator that was easy to operate, and took you right to the portal of the STORExpress Storage Metropolis of lockers and units. Really great feature. I loved it, and you will, too.

We originally just needed a unit for one month, but plans change and we ended up extending it month-by-month for six months. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the unit was affordable, and moving things in and out was a breeze with the carts, bins and dollies available. The garages remain open most of the day, but you do need a code to open the main door to the units. At night you can get in with your own code, which is convenient. Plus, they are super nice about helping rent out their moving trucks for free, which is a major bonus if you've ever dealt with the expensive headache that is Uhaul.Just a few cons to be transparent:They have an answering service rather than a direct line, so getting in touch with them is hit and miss. Sometimes I missed a call by a minute and had to leave a callback message with their answering service and they didn't ever relay the message to StorExpress.

STORExpress made my move so easy. With the high quality units to the rising loading dock, I can't thank them enough! I was also very impressed by their staff, particularly Katie, who showed me my choices and helped me throughout the whole process. 10/10!

Nice friendly service. You don't need anyone to get inside if you have your code. Large roomy elevator. Parking is decent. I've always found a parking spot though it's usually close call. Or should I say there's usually one spot left.

Store your stuff here! The staff, was so nice and friendly. Shout out to Katie! They were flexible, available, and so kind and generous. The facility was clean and easy to access. Their free trucks with the move were great! I could not recommend Storexpress enough!!
