“The person i picked the truck up from was the same person I returned the truck to. The people in front of me were having some issues The attendant asked if I was okay with getting my receipt via email so I wouldn't have to wait. I said I was and informed him that I used less miles than anticipated. He said he would adjust the bill. I was in and out in less than five minutes. He emailed me my final bill adjusted for the unused miles. Very friendly, helpful and honest.”
“Bob!!!! The person who makes everyone’s life easy when they go to this location for truck rental or trailer rental. This is a hidden gem!!!! A truly amazing customer experience and Bob never disappoints. He is so passionate for serving customers and always goes out of his way and helps them achieve their needs at a great price.In my case, he stayed late on Sunday and helped me with a truck rental.Kudos to you Bob!!!! “Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”
“I get my oil changes done here and have rented a moving truck on occasion here as well. Every time I come here the owner and staff have always been so friendly and the service has always been quick so you can continue with your day. Prices are great and I love that I don’t need an appointment for an oil change! Highly recommend!”

“Nothing at all - staff, equipment, and flexibility was great! I had one move where I reserved a one way. It went seamless, I reserved, truck was ready, did the move, and drop off at another location where I received the same level of service. It made an enormous moving process easy at the end. And then I had another local move, forgot to reserve. When into the same Liberty Ave store, a truck was available as if I reserved. Brought back truck earlier than expected; received no questions no worries. Received a credit back by the next business day. I appreciate the ability to obtain hospitable service in a time of need because moving anything is not easy, but U-Haul made the transition easy.”

“My son and I were preparing to move his stuff to his new apartment, so we decided to get something to eat before we looked for a moving truck. We were just finishing up eating at the Eat N Park while looking up rental places on our phones and my son looks out the window, “Dad there are trucks over there!”. I looked up and we both started laughing.
When we walked in the place, we were greeted by Tim who reminded me of one of my favorite no nonsense neighbors who used to fix cars in his driveway for kicks and who used to always tell me how much better the old cars are and never buy new. His old school straight to the point demeaner filled with good conversation made a moment my son and I will not forget. Although the shop was closed for the day, Tim was able to get us a truck. When I got into the truck, he took the time to explain where everything was and exactly what to do. He even adjusted the mirrors!
