BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I initially wanted a storage unit for only a few months to help myself get a little bit organized. I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! She is patient, kind, easy to do business with, and extremely savvy with how to get me an upgraded unit that was on special! She definitely understood me and my stressful lifestyle & was very accommodating towards my needs. The facility is clean and well-run. Plus you can rent out a moving truck if you need to! Thank you to everyone here for being the least stressful part of my life!

This place has the best customer service you could ever ask for. We needed to store our daughter's car while she is in Pittsburgh for college so she would have easy access to it. When we walked in we were greeted by Jeannie. She is excellent at her job, explained everything, walked us out to the lot to let us pick the best spot and got us set up and out the door very quickly.

Extremely kind and accommodating I was able to get my unit as quickly as I needed it using the vehicle was free. It was super efficient and jeanie was really great.!

Great customer service! Clean. -and, although they do have rate increases, they are small and a lot less frequent than the other places. Save yourself the headache and rent here.

We have had the best experience with store Express in Forest hills. I've re-employed that we came in contact with especially Jeannie has been wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone trying to store their valuables and to run to truck. We also went through the truck rental in the store Express in Southside and they were wonderful as well!

Jeannie was very helpful and made the process of moving into our unit easy and smooth. The facilities were also clean and spacious which was a very nice bonus.
