The employees are a joke. Poor attitude, rude, act like they can do whatever they want without consequences. They'll have the door locked during operating hours because they don't feel like working.The bathroom was an utter nightmare. Hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Ordered online and paid plus tip. Get to the store at 7:30pm. They close at 9:30pm. Door is locked. Lady looks at me and yells we are close with an attitude then just keeps cleaning. I knock and say I already paid. She shrugs her shoulder at me, rolls her eyes, and yells we are closed even louder with an even bigger attitude. I mean the absolute nerve of me to want the food I paid for plus 20% tip. Now I’ve spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get my money back. Still waiting….

Best experience going to out pick up in very long time appreciated level of knowledge and help from only one working.. she does it all knows alot and is sooooo kind and appreciated. Hope she gets manager job very great person. Thank You wish would've asked her name. Despite low pay performance was 5 Star!!

Currently waiting in a 30 min line on Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Billion dollar company unable to hire an additional person? I really don't understand, 1st world problems but amazing how they are allowing the company to fail. Only one person working in the whole store and she is prioritizing online orders-- 4 people walked out after waiting over 30 minutes, not sure why I haven't yet. Everything on noblestown road is severely understaffed. sad. - most likely will be a hour wait.Parking: hard to find

Should have read the reviews before going in. If I could leave a "minus star" I would. I have never had a negative experience in 20+ years with Subway restaurants until yesterday. The absolute WORST sub I've ever had!!! The bun was so stale it was like cardboard. Didn't notice how much mayo the employee put on it until I took the first bite. Stale bun and drenched with mayo. Yuck! Maybe she was overcompensating for the stale bun? It was so bad that I threw it in the trash. What a disappointment. Won't be ordering from Subway again. Also, your store could use a rigorous cleaning. Should have gone to Brighton Hot Dog Shop instead and you should too!!
