Do not order from them. They charged my card for food I never received and told me I have to take it up with the online app because they never received my order. If you never received my order then how was i charged for it? Online app will not reply back to me. Corporate does not answer their phones. I was charged for my items thru this store and they even say I picked up my order but they told me they never received my order so how could I have picked it up? I want my money back! Scam artists!

Came on 2/3 and woman seen me at the door and instead of letting me know they didn’t have to come in until 11 no one came to the door. I called and she stated “we didn’t have to come in until 11am and the doors won’t be open yet” it’s currently 11:15a I will never come to this location!

Not sure who is training these people, but they’re not doing a good job. I walk in and there’s no one in line. This lady who has moles all over her face, not being mean only trying to describe the terrible employee, was just walking back and forth behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m standing right under the order here sign and I ask her about the new side kicks. She answers my question and then grabs two pieces of bread and starts to make pickup orders. It was so rude. How could you train your employees to prioritize orders for people that aren’t even in the store while someone is standing right at the counter waiting. I ended up just walking out and not buying the three foot longs and sidekicks.

Staff is great. This is not my closest Subway location but I always go to this one because they are the best.

I live closer to numerous subways but this is the one I always go to. The manager jesse is amazing.the place is always spotless when she's there ( this is very important to me when dining out) I've been going there for years now and never had a bad experience!

I WISH I could give service ZERO stars. The food was alright, even though my order was messed up. But the attitude and rudeness of the woman that was working at this location on Thursday, Nov 9th, 23 is one of the WORSE experiences I ever had at any restaurant. Not only did she hand up on me three times, but she also has to learn when to talk and when not to. As she picked up the phone when I called, I could hear her already bitching about how ridiculous it was that I was calling back; after she hung up as i waited for five minutes or so for her to come back to the phone before I even had a chance to say hello. She has got to be the RUDEST Subway worker I have EVER TALKED TO. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be working there. She even complained she was alone and I told her I felt bad she was having a bad day, but not to take it out on me. I work at a nearby business, and we order almost every week. But after this experience, we will order from another location. My advice to the owners is to fire her before she pushes any more of your customers away.

A female was the only employee in the store and was preoccupied with mopping the floor. She rolled her eyes at me more than once and shook her head. I left as she was washing her hands.

I when i went into the restaurant no one greeted me or even acknowledge that I was there so I stood by the counter and waited 15 minutes for someone to say something or acknowledge I was there after that I decided to leave I feel like the customer service was lacking and they didn’t value me as a customer

We arrived at 9pm and it says that it closes at 9:30. Right after another customer left the lady shut the door in our faces. This place sucks and the employe is horrible. Never going to this place ever again
