I went through a drive-thru hoping to get a sub, a churro, and a pretzel which had been advertised recently in a flyer I had a coupon for a sub that I could not use for the sub that I wanted. The churro which was advertised at $2 and the pretzel which was advertised at $3 were both charged 75 cents extra. Did not notice that until I got home. Again Subway is trying to give you more for your money but they're falling behind most of the other sub shops.

Subways advertisements on TV have these sandwiches loaded...Yours looks like a McDonald's happy meal...I'm paying $7 for a half inch and two slices of meat...a pinch of lettuce...tomatoes and onion...That's a total rip

Absolutely the worst Subway experience ever. Yes, I weirdly like Subway. Not here.First the bread was stale and cracking. I bit in to my Steak and cheese and the steak was literally rancid. I took it back and they offered something else. Didn't throw away the rancid steak though. Sorry next person.I figured a pizza would be ok since it's frozen. Saw it was less money and didn't care. Whatever. I asked to pepperoni and meatball on my pizza to which he responds I'll have to charge you. Cool. Refund me the much more expensive hoagie and charge me for the pizza. Guess he gets to the register and says, oh they're about the same don't worry about it. In my mindz I'm like yeah, coz the pizza is $4 cheaper but I still don't care.He doesn't cut the pizza fully, so I get a fork and a knife from him. The pizza is literally frozen in the middle still. At this point, I'm done. Just give me back my money. He says he doesn't have the code to proceds a refund. I'm like call someone. IDK what to tell you. He calls the manager to get the code to process the refund after giving me a blank stare.I'm guessing everyone else already knows not to go here and is why they're serving days old bread and rancid meat.

Very disappointed.The sandwich looked horrible before I even ate it. I've had good sandwiches there before however the employee turnover doesn't help.

When I walked in I wasn't greated. The employee continued to text on his phone. I asked a question about one of the breads listed and he gave me attitude. He rolled his eyes when I asked for my bread to be toasted separately. The bread was also so old that it completely crumbled when I tried to eat it. Was hoping for a decent sandwich but instead I got rude service and a bad sandwich.

It was very nice at subway my favorite dish there is a pepperoni sub with white cheese and no sauce foot long it was delicious.Vegetarian options: There was a lot of plants and vegetables.

rude, sarcastic employees. never again will i patornize this place. the tone in which this one particular male subway employee speaks to customers is unbelieveable, disrepectful, extremely rude and condescending.

Just had a pretty annoying experience here. It's NYE and understandably, places close early. When walking up to the resteraunt, the Neon sign still said open, and a hand written not tapes to the door indicated that they would be closing at 6pm today. It was approximately 530pm when I walked in. Should be no problem right? Still half an hour before close? Wrong. The employee tried to claim they were already closed, and when I debated based on the signs, he begrudgingly asked how many sandwiches I needed...as if to indicate he'll make em if it's a small number. I only had one and he proceeded to make it.. yet had an attitude the entire time. I asked for chicken bacon ranch and when I noticed he forgot the bacon, he had an attitude about that as well. He did ultimately make my sandwich, but he had far too much of an attitude and lying to customers claiming you're closed when you're not for another half an hour is terrible business. Doubt I'll ever come back

This subway I go here a lot never any issues. Only couple times I had stale bread other than that the experience is pretty short and sweet. This rating is because of the hygiene of some employees. One being a manger, most of the time if she’s making subs and either cashing people out, or at the veggie station I notice she never washes or changes her gloves in between ringing people out. I told her nicely once she cashed someone out, I knew she wasn’t going to change her gloves and I was right. She said sure, and changed them. Mind you she should’ve washed her hands too. Working with food you have to be on top of that. Cross contamination is no joke and we’re still in a pandemic. Her being a manger should follow the health guidelines just as much as her employees. I would assume since she’s a manger she would be Servsafe certified. If she’s not she should be. She rings people out in her gloves, or just leaves 1 glove on then replaces the 1 or not at all. Just be aware if you’re in wether it’s her or someone else anytime you touch anything besides the food so to speak change your gloves!!
