All of the lights on the coffee machines were blinking all of the coffee smelt burnt and nasty I informed the gas station tendon behind the counter this lady was extremely rude and nasty with me telling me the coffee wasn't old even though it clearly smells burnt $2.20 is way too much for old coffee I used to work in the gas station back in the day I know what the blinking lights mean I am literally in here everyday buying coffee this is ridiculous Never again will I step a foot in this gas station If everyone in the gas station is rude ignorant and doesn't want to be here you need to hire a better staff

I came into this location yesturday to get gas and have been coming to this location for years! I get to the counter clerk messing with her phone i could tell she waa a new face as well. I say i need this much gas on pump 5 then she asks amount again i tell her she asks pump again then puts wrong amount in and asks what pump again. I leave no worries. Today 5/18/2025 7:20am i stop to get something to eat. I go to the tostido i think they are called. I ask clerk whom is the same short black female feom previous day. I said mam are those tacos there pointing she said what what what...i said can i buy a pack comes in 4 of those TACO tostidos she said no there is no bar code i said mom i bought them before..she throws her hands up in the air like bothered and says OH GOD as she walks away. I wait and manager and her come out and i ask in front of manager what was the OH GOD for? At that time THE MANAGER becomes very rude and loud WHAT DO YOU WANT SIR i said your clerk was kinda rude for no reason the manager says no you have been rude since you walked in???I then become upset which i will admit i said you where in the back room and acusw me of walking in being rude??? Then asks me what i want yelling at me then tells me to leave i am banded? I hope and pray there are cameras and audio i am calling corp that is the worst display i have ever seen of a manager of a store in my life!

I go in to a lot of gas stations and I don't know if it's generational or what but I'm never too impressed but today I was blown away at a gas station by the professionalism and customer service of a young man right here in Penn hills named Brett. I was having about the worst day I've had in a long time and this young man's professionalism and customer service made it all better and I cannot thank you enough I just wish there were more young men like him working out here in the world these days.

I love this store There always polite, They always have what I need, The coffee is always fresh. And I don't know her name but the young lady who works the night shift with glasses is exceptional at her job and deserve a raise

There is a timid, cat trying to live there....obviously tame and a lost pet. The manager grabbed the cat by the scruff and threw it outside. There's no need for that when people have offered to trap the cat, but he's not permitting that either. He WILL be reported to Humane Agents and Sunoco Corporate.

The ladies who work in the morning are great ladies, friendly, happy and I’m happy to see them when I come in every Tuesday morning for coffee.
I’m terribly disappointed in the change of ownership (7-Eleven) putting little value on their safety because they don’t want a certain “look” in the store. This store had plexiglass installed in the last 5 or so years and it was installed for a reason! I’m nervous for these ladies, this station has been robbed a lot in the past, I hope they find safer jobs elsewhere because I don’t want to hear that anything bad happens to them because 7-Eleven “doesn’t believe in safety”. 5 stars is for these ladies only.
Look up 7-Eleven, Turtle Creek, robbed all the time, but I’m sure the store looks great!

Nice gas station but very disappointed when i went in for turners ice tea and this place didnt have turners. Would give 5 stars if they did carry turners products.
