Fast service and it showed in the hair cut. Lots of hair around his neck and ears missed. Wow the price has increased so much to $27 for a boys hair cut! Way too much for a quick trim and a lil buzz.

The salon always looks so nice and tidy. Everyone greets you with a smile and an offer to help. The team is very fast and efficient. If you happen to have to wait it is never very long. A+ group of ladies.

I went in to get my dyed they did not have the color I wanted so they had me pick a different color and assured me they could do the shade of red I had chosen when finished my hair was not red it was burgundy they still charged me and said nothing about it

I called ahead and was told I’d have a 30 minute wait, but they took my name and said that if I came by in 20 minutes I should be about ready to be seen when I got there. Upon arrival I stood at the counter unrecognized for over two minutes, then awkwardly sat down. And waited, and waited…. Two hair stylists. Finally customer #1 finished and the lady ahead of me (customer #3) was seen. I was then acknowledged and told it should be a short wait. Meanwhile customer #2 was having an involved styling, so I knew this would not be the next open seat. So I waited until customer #3 was done. Meanwhile two more gentlemen came in and were queued behind me. When customer #3 was done, I thought “great, now I’m next”. But not to be, as stylist #2 said nothing but went to assist stylist #1 with customer #2’s styling. Nobody seems remotely concerned that three customers were stacked up waiting…. So after waiting 40 minutes in the salon I got up and walked out with nobody saying anything at all to me.
