I’ve had good experiences at this location so I want to leave a positive review. However, I just left from a cut which was deeply uncomfortable. I don’t know the name of the woman who cut me (thin, white, and with long gray hair) but she seemed to not like me immediately and I can’t help but think it’s because I get a men’s cut and generally read as gender non conforming. It’s giving homophobic? She spent the whole time raking the comb across my scalp and then the last 5 minutes loudly lecturing me about how I should be using more than head and shoulders for shampoo. My scalp still hurts from the raking. I won’t be back to that location but this is just a warning to avoid that particular person, though I wish I knew her name. Everyone else has been incredibly kind there and I’ve enjoyed using it for walk in availability.

Denice is great. Pleasant and patient both with myself and my son. She never seemed hurried or like wanted to rush us even when there were other clients waiting.

Website and door says store closes at 9pm. I showed up at 6:30pm. Women were walking out. Saying they close at 6 on fridays yet door says 9:00. This is why everyone goes to greater clips.

Stopped in for a haircut and beard trim. Was greeted by Denise, who is very friendly and welcoming. I got exactly what I asked for in a very timely fashion and I am extremely pleased with the end results.I will definitely be a return customer because of Denise!!

Not sure where my original review went, but I went in for a haircut about a year ago, I had a photo and everything. I told my hairstylist about all of the horrible experiences I have had, and she told me everything would be fine and she would not make me cry or ruin my hair. That was not the case. I ended up walking out of there with a MULLET. I went back to see if I could get it fixed, and the manager tried everything she could to help but it was not worth it. Was never given my money back and I am still growing my hair back out to this day. Do not recommend.Services: Hairstyling

I was in the chair, and I am not exaggerating, for 4 minutes. After telling the stylist what I’d like (which I’ll admit was not complex) she cut my hair to the correct length, then spent no time blending or correcting anything. I have hard lines everywhere on my head, and I’m left wishing I hadn’t gone to a chain.Come here if you’re into stylists speedrunning your haircut.

*update* Denice fixed my hair and saved me! She was very understanding and kind. I will be back because of her*I asked for a long bob, all one length and this is what I got. I will be in first thing tomorrow morning for a fix or refund. I got home and straightened/styled it as usual, and it's all sorts of insane uneven.

Cassandra cut my hair and she gave me the best haircut I had in a long time. And she was also friendly. Sadly, she left. Someone else did my hair today and it was also cut well but she was only filling in and not an permanent employee. Sadly, now I have to keep looking.
