The team here at the T-Mobile in the Ross Park Mall are really on their game. They took the time to ask me questions about what I needed rather than just jumping onto the newest phone and pushing me to buy that. I’m very happy with my service plan and my phone choice. Thank you to this team for making this a pleasant partnership.

They are literally scamming me. Destiny just wanted commission and doesn't know her head from her butt. She told us whatever just to get us to switch. When I told people I was having problems they were all like "believe me I know I've had T-Mobile they suck" well the manager Michael is a complete ignorant person who just wants to scam people. I couldn't even take a picture of my own bill or get a print out? Why? I don't understand that at ALL why I can't have a copy of MY BILL. This company is all scam. Everyone should have warned me. DONT LET THEM LORE YOU IN WITH THE NEW AWESOME PHONE (currently now galaxy flip 5, was the razr+ when I switched and it's junk.)

Destiny and Erik are awesome. Both are Knowledgeable and have a comfortable understanding with of the processes.But there used to be stools and chairs to lean on in store.The stuff I was doing in store took some time. Seems silly to not have a place for me to at least lean on. The Tmobile store down the street has couches. Wonder why this store is different.

I worked with Erik Bruhn when i was getting a new phone and he made this experience so much easier and painless. He very professional and knowledgeable about his field and will answer any question you ask. He made my family life long customers and left a lasting impression from our experience at T mobile. All around great experience from all the team members but especially from Erik. He deserves a raise with how well he runs that store. Go to this t mobile and ask for erik if u need anything phone related.

I dealt with Destiny at the Ross Park Mall T-Mobile and couldn't have been happier! She was professional, honest, her personality was absolutely amazing, she didn't try to scam me, she was understanding of any situation that was thrown her way, she handled every issue we had switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. Destiny is your girl!!!

Was initially a pretty painless experience switching carriers from verizon to t-mobile at this location but has since turned into a huge bureaucratic headache. Was given a monthly payment in store that was far lower than what we've actually ended up paying month-per-month due to all of the interweaving "deals" and "discounts" they give you, only for them never to take effect. We were offered a free line, yet still get charged $20 monthly for it (not to mention they charge a $35 activation fee for that line, so not actually "free"). It definitely feels like they upsell you in store and you have to pull teeth to get the actual price they quote you. Would definitely not recommend switching carriers if you can help it - extremely frustrating.

T-Mobile, I switched to this carrier in November for a promotion, ordered phones but didn't receive mine until January. The promised 1000 credits disappeared. Numerous calls to customer service were a waste of time. When I went to a store, they simply said the promotion was in November and that was that. The monthly payment that I was supposed to pay at $178 was raised to $220. A multimillion-dollar company that deceives its customers from day one. The service is not worth mentioning at all, as the network can simply disappear due to a couple of trees. Carriers that can be connected for $25 per month per number work much better. I regret ever switching to this carrier. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is very good!! The reps are knowledgeable and very kind. They went out of their way to assist me in setting up another phone for a family member. Have had other service providers over the years and T Mobile definitely has the best customer service!

Tmobil was my third and final stop in the search for a new phone and possibly new service for my brother and I this is right in the mall for easy peasy visiting popped in late close to closing time met with super friendly service no rush they said Heard about the out the door price plan you cannot beat Tmobil seriously no playing games just a price and its THE price no extra anything ok yeah Im'm reading like a Tmobil commercial one price covers service, hotspot, texting ,calling, mlb, I might be forgetting some other extras Go on in these are not scary sellers Jazzie helped me she is awesome so that first visit I left I forgot ;didn't have my debt card came back two days later Jazzie remembered me got me set up. At the time they had excellent deals on iPhones so 20 minutes later I was out the door with 2 new phones and a phone number I am happy with yes you can get what ever area code you want Tmobil all the way

I had the misfortune to be served by a guy named Aaron at this store on Sunday, August 13, 2022.I had left my in the backseat of someone's car and needed to text the driver and let him know. But my Galaxy watch was malfunctioning. Not only did Aaron fail get it working, but also he conducted himself in a condescending way...I got back bad vibes from the moment I spoke with him.Consequently, I had to report it lost the next day, which led to a series of incorrect information and 4 days of stress and lost work.If you go this store and serves you, tell him to get lost.

If you need to stop at a T-Mobile, do yourself a huge favor and find Erik Bruhn at the Ross Park Mall store. This particular location isn’t even convenient to where I live, but after visiting numerous T-Mobiles throughout the Pittsburgh area, I would gladly trek back to Ross Park just to be able to work with Erik because my experience with him stands out as the best I’ve ever encountered. Not only is Erik extremely knowledgeable of everything that T-Mobile has to offer, he is the epitome of the consummate professional. Erik patiently takes the time to answer questions, understand your specific needs and concerns, and then effectively and thoroughly communicates the options and his recommendations. You can trust what he tells you because there is no BS with Erik, just awesome customer service from someone extremely good as what he does.
