Tmobile is a scam company. I had an account with them for years. When I finally paid off my phone, it showed it was unlocked and paid on their website, yet their 3rd party barely English speaking reps kept telling me I owed over 100$ when I called to cancel my service. They refused to connect me to a manager and I called multiple times and each time no manager would talk to me. I told them I’m switching carriers and they continued to bill me for 3 months even though I quit using their services that day. Then they take me to collections where I dispute it, get it proven that it’s not legit, and then they use a different company to charge to my credit score again!

I would be aware of opening an account or considering adding any additional items to your current account if I were you. TMobile are the biggest liars and thieves out there. After being a customer for about 15 yrs, last Christmas I foolishly decided to add a line to my account and upgrade a phone on my family account. This turned into months of nothing but headaches for me as they continuously screwed up my account. So when I finally had enough and wanted to leave and go to Verizon because they had great deals at the time around the holidays, I was begged by a supervisor online to stay and was offered a free iPad to do so. So my stupid self fell for it and did. Only to find out that the month to follow my account was even more screwed up and now it was to late for them to care. My bill went from $360/month to $760/month when I was told it was only going to be $480/month and I've been being charged for that so called free iPad every month since, along with the other promotions at the time that were offered and I never got, like the apple ear pods, and the galaxy phone I traded in for an $800 credit and never received either. So here I am a year later, I've invested endless hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out and conveniently everyone involved has amnesia and doesn't remember or feels really bad that they can't help me. They intentionally locked me in and totally screwed me over. So my message to everyone is please be cautious. TMobile used to be amazing in my eyes, the best out there, something changed and they are truly, absolutely the worst possible. I could cry every day for how badly they've screwed me over, steer clear if you have any sense at all. They will not honor their word at all.

ATTN: OWNER/DISTRICT MANAGER I WAS HACKED $799.00 in September 2023 FROM MY PNC BANK ACCT. I immediately reported it to PNC Bank at their advice I immediately removed my debit card. I have received unauthorized text messages that my service will be shut off if I do not pay an additional $858.00. I discovered this yesterday when I went to pay my bill using a charge card.Since January of 2023 I bought a brand new Samsung s22.This is when the nightmare began. I took my brand new phone to the store for a glitch. I was the one that figured out the issue but it was too late I turned it in at the store and was promised I would receive a brand new phone. I received a refurbished phone with a prior Customer's info still in the phone, not to mention the Sprint customer who owned the phone had turned it back in September of 2022. By the time I received this phone it was already 7 months old If there is still information in this phone, I'm assuming that the Reps at the store did not clear out all of my information either. It took multiple visits to the store at Robinson Mall/PGH tons of text messages and at least 100 phone calls of which I have obviously have proof. Each time I went to the store and spoke with Anthony the MANAGER ,I was told over the phone that he would work with me but I would have to purchase a brand new phone and they would pay half of my old one so I would have $500 tacked onto a brand new phone. So if anybody has time could you call me and by the way I just reported this to the Federal Trade Commission which will be reported to police as theft.I'll be waiting for my phone call .Tracy K.

Been with tmobile for years.. last experience with this store I planned to leave. This time around was another story start to finish. The people were much better and actually willing to help you. Ashleigh went out of her way to make sure I got my phone workin. Ended up having to buy new but they had me a Warranty replacement the next day!

Purchased 3 phones and signed up for a plan back in September. Everything went well, and I was very pleased with my experience. Even activating my Son's phone once he received it at school was a piece of cake. I dealt with the manager during the sale, and one of the employees to activate my son's phone. Very satisfied.I had a problem with my iPhone SE, 6 months later. I had it sitting on my desk at work, working fine. I hadn't really looked at it, but I tried connecting it to my car to drive home, and noticed that the screen wouldn't turn on. I panicked and figured I'd head to the store where I bought it to see what they could do.This time, I was greeted by a completely different employee. She asked me what I needed, while she was already dealing with another customer. I handed her my phone and told her "It seems to have died." She took it, held it for a few seconds, and told me that the phone was on, but that the screen may have "burned out." I asked her what we could do. She asked me what kind of plans I had applied to the phone, ie apple care, etc. I told her the phone was only 6 months old. She said they would replace it, but it would take a few days. She advised me to take it to the Apple store and have them look at it. Needing to make a phone call, I decided to leave, and drive to the Apple store in South Hills Village. The girl at the Apple store literally had my phone in her hands for 5 seconds, and it turned back on. I asked her what kind of magic she used, and she said she just "hard reset" it. So, problem with phone fixed. On the way home, I called the T-Mobile store, and the same girl that I spoke with in the store answered. I asked "do you know how to 'hard reset' an iPhone SE. She replied proudly, "Yes we do!" I asked her if she remembered me, from 20 minutes earlier, and why she hadn't tried that with my phone. She responded that she DID try, but it didn't work, which is why she sent me to the Apple Store. Had she done it properly, it would have saved me the trip to the South Hills. My main complaint isn't that she didn't fix my problem, but that she was SO confident in her abilities, that are clearly lacking. I wish the manager wasn't busy with other customers, because I'm very confident that he would have humbly fixed my phone, and sent me on my way. She gave the impression that she was an expert, even diagnosing that my screen had burned out, but clearly had no idea what she was talking about.Initial purchase and setting up phones was awesome, but if I ever have a problem again, I'm waiting until the manager is available to assist me. This girl didn't seem to value customer support at all, providing no other solution but to take my phone to an Apple Store.

Beware very shady / dishonest place. I called and wanted a certain set of numbers for a business cell phone. They said they can do that and to come Into store. So I go in talk to the sales guy for 15 minutes. Get all my info just to tell me that number isn't available they couldn't give me the phone number I wanted. So I left the store with nothing thinking that was a wasted trip. 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $2.50. Yes that is right just for going in and talking to t-mobile you get billed for it. I called and told them I didn't buy anything. I didn't leave with a cell phone or anything. They said well the sales person must of assigned you a cell phone number for 60 seconds before he cancelled it and I do owe the $2.50. Very shady and weird experience. No free speech in a t mobile store. Don't ask any questions unless you have a couple bucks to spare. I would give negative stars if I was allowed.

Go see Nicholas. I was trying to upgrade 2 phones to the iPhone 14pro. I was at a different store and had such a horrible experience we almost switched phone carriers. I was confused and pretty angry with that store. My wife and I were at the mall and thought to just give this place a try and see how it would go in out last ditch effort to upgrade our phones. We walked in and Nicholas was great from the start. The way he explained everything and took the time out to help us was amazing. He got me the new phone I wanted and it was extremely easy. If you guys need help with anything, he is the guy to see.

I think this frustration is more aimed towards TMobile vs this location however I have no other way to express this.I’ve been to this location twice after being told so could update the account if I had a pin and account number. My girlfriend is on a plan with some people who are abusive and she is trying to keep her number and get away from them.I have the account number and port pin provided and yet they cannot, for whatever reason, give my girlfriend a new account and keep her same number. So my girlfriend could lose her number, access to all of her accounts that she uses her number as multi-factor authentication, and people having her number she uses for work simply because of T mobile policies?Make it make sense
