Switched from another cell proVider 1 month ago. So far, pleased with the change.The people in this store were easy enough to work with - I'm no techy and needed help with swapping SIM cards, and correct any dangling chads.TMoble tech assist seems to respond faster and be more helpful than my preVious proVider.

This store is the best T-Mobile store in the area. We have been T-Mobile customers for years and only come to this store to purchase or deal with any issues. Ashleigh, who waited on us today, was knowledgeable about deals and took care of us with confidence, ease, and efficiency. They were able to get us a new watch quickly and happily. Hands down, excellent customer service.

Tmobile is a scam company. I had an account with them for years. When I finally paid off my phone, it showed it was unlocked and paid on their website, yet their 3rd party barely English speaking reps kept telling me I owed over 100$ when I called to cancel my service. They refused to connect me to a manager and I called multiple times and each time no manager would talk to me. I told them I’m switching carriers and they continued to bill me for 3 months even though I quit using their services that day. Then they take me to collections where I dispute it, get it proven that it’s not legit, and then they use a different company to charge to my credit score again!

Went into this store this morning to try to have some issues resolved with my bill. My phone bill more than doubled after adding one other line, which, to anyone, sounds ridiculous right? So I talked with Ray, who was in a HUGE rush to get my account paid, and had nothing resolved with my account. When I added the second line my account, I was told it would be 60/line. And my bill would be roughly $180 monthly. My bill this month was 240$ and I am told this will be the correct bill moving forward. Just crazy to me they get away with thievery this way to people who have been customers for years. I went there to have an issue resolved, and instead was told I can’t do “simple math” by Ray. I want to make it very clear that Ray did nothing to help and just kept repeating numbers to me like that made a difference in what I was told before.

I saw a 1.5 star review of this place before heading in. Unfortunately I paid no mind to the bad review. MISTAKE, dont doubt the reviews.My new Flip4 factory screen protector came off and out of nowhere destroyed the screens functionality. Immediately I was under investigation when I walked in. Lou doubted the validity of my mother account, the story of the damage and fault of the manufacturer. Told me I basically got the phone for free and should ask Samsung for a replacement.Anyway I found the correct customer service treatment at the Squirrel Hill store where it was replaced promptly with no questions.Thanks for the jerking around jagoffs

Great experience at this T-Mobile store! Tad immediately greeted us when we came in. Even though the store was pretty busy at that time, there were enough people working there to handle the customers. (Unheard of for this day and age!) Tad was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, explained the differences in the plans, and helped us switch over to T-mobile from start to finish. We are so happy to cut our cell phone bill in half with better options with T-Mobile! Thank you Tad!

Fantastic service! I made a big mistake switching to Verizon. Two days later I was back to tmobile! Dave was so helpful. He got me and my husband two new phones and set them up for us. Couldn't have been nicer and so helpful ? I will be with then for another 20+ years!!!!

Was greeted by the asst manager Jordan upon entering the store. He was knowledgeable finding out my issue with device. It took him a couple tries to fix the issue but he got it resolved. Love everyone at this store.

Worst customer service and the Asst. Manager doesn’t know anything and he simple wants to get rid of us. Poor customer service and this happens 2 times in 2 different occasions .

Terrible customer service. Had no interest in trying to help me fix my line - just wanted me out of the store. Referred me to the Tmobile phone support, and phone support referred me to the store. I put them on the phone with each other and they just argued back & forth.Phone support told me afterward about how rude they were - so it’s not just me. Maybe it was because I was in my military work uniform and they’re anti-military, I don’t know.*The generic copy/paste response below accomplishes nothing while trying to appear sincere & caring. Only further demonstrating their poor service.*
