Awful customer service. Didn't care to help when I was trying to get a new phone. Listen I don't care if you're relaxed when working but he was fully hunched over on the table, and mumbling while speaking to us.

VERY FRUSTRATING. I was told I had Netflix with my plan yesterday. Today to no. Hate it when I'm lied to. (They prefer to say "mistaken".) Also my service drops and I have to restart my phone about 10 times every day. Their answer: upgrade to a new phone. They may think I was yelling. I was not. Just frustrated that I had to come back another day to resolve a lie told to me. But to them, it's my problem. They don't care to help.

My husband and I have been with T-Mobile for many years. I would like to give a shout out to Nate. He's patient willing to go above and beyond to satisfy us. We feel he's a asset to your company!! Always great service and very helpful.

some dude nate at the pleasant hills location pulled up my account without my at the store and even clarified that he wasnt supposed to and said he “was just trying to help me out” dude then proceeded to be nothing but rude and give me an attitude and interrupt me every time i spoke. bros got some emotional issues and shouldnt be employed in public services cause bro just hung up on me out of nowhere and i wasnt disrespectful in any way. really disappointed that this is how you guys treat your customers.

I wish I could give zero stars. Salesperson told me a price and two bill cycles later I am paying double what I was quoted because his pricing was not accurate. I believe he lied to get the sale. Very unhappy with the service. The tmobile customer service said they cannot even honor the price he gave us and is unsure how he got to the number he quoted us.

I had an issue, so decided to make the local stop. Things were busy, things were hectic, and the effort required to see through so many issues with T-Mobile service showed in the staff.Having said that, they were all rockstars.They were as optimistic as could be reasonably expected. They attended a queue of customers filtering in as equitably as they could. They delegated tasks and worked to see everyone as best as they could.Really, they're the stars of the show. A simple issue on the T-Mobile service side had almost thoroughly shot my day. But, the people here were able to turn it around.You may not get a perfect, white-glove service experience, but that's not what this is. This is the local store, with local talent, doing what it can.And in my case, it was a huge help. Thanks guys!

I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone, so I stopped in to pick one up. I have the warranty program through T-Mobile that gives you Apple Car and unlimited screen protector replacements if yours cracks. It has already paid for itself multiple times. I worked with Gus who was able to assist me quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and willing to help. We discussed possibly upgrading my phone but I ultimately decided to wait for the iPhone 15 Pro to come out as I didn’t see enough of a difference between my 13 Pro and the new 14 Pro. If you need something for your phone or are considering switching to T-Mobile, stop in this store and ask for Gus!! You won’t regret it!
