The store manager Ronald and the retail assistant Manager Mike were both so knowledgeable and helpful. My battery was fried. I didn't have a warranty. I was stranded without a backup phone and had a limited budget. They took the time to troubleshoot with me explaining everything along the way. I left with a new phone I could afford and a better plan. They saved the day! Best experience I've had in any retail phone store.

Thank you the store manager was awesome and very knowledgeable. I think his name was Ron but I could be wrong stopped in having problems with my phone and fixed them. The store will be my go to store and I will drive the extra time out of my way from now on.

One here cuz I was having a problem with my phone Pixel 6 and pretty much cleared up the problem with a new SIM card and we activated my Wi-Fi self person was knowledgeable trade me with respect and looked into a lot of issues that could have caused my phone problems

Give Cheyron a raise. We were in on a Sunday afternoon about an hour before closing and Cheyron was a fabulous one woman show. There was another employee with her, but he was very clearly new and had no idea what he was talking about, so he kept asking her for help. She answered his many questions with grace all while providing excellent service to a half dozen people. All of the transactions were taking extra long due to a slow system, and 4 of us had transactions in progress well after closing. She carried on with a positive attitude and continued providing the best service she could while multitasking to the extreme. This included taking the time to teach a person with an intellectual disability how text. Whatever you’re paying her isn’t nearly enough. Give her a raise and a promotion ASAP.

Online it said it was open until 7 pm. Showed up at 6 and the door was locked, lights were on and no one answered the phone or door after knocking and calling like 5 times.

Awesome experience. Evan helped me upgrade my phone and talked me into some really awesome deals. He was really helpful, kind and personable and deserved recognition. And he’s a really good seller! I walked out with an phone upgrade, an Apple Watch, a charger, and upgrading to Magenta on my service which has been working great! Extremely satisfied. Thanks Evan!

This store is okay sure they are helpful, but I recommend switching to Google Fi.They have the same service "towers your phone runs on" as t-mobile.Why would you pay 100$ a month when Google fi is 25$-45$ month.

Just wanted to make a shout out. My iPhone locked up and I was unable to fix it. I came down the Wharton street store and asked if they could help..I was assisted by a young man( my apologies for not getting his name) who tried to get it unlocked, but he also could not free it up.Another employee came over(Shaheed)and proceeded to look at my phone and within a few minutes had it unlocked and usable . Can’t say enough about these guys. Polite, professional and honestly interested in helping me out.Thank you

We all can agree, T-Mobil has the best phone customer service period! But not all T-Mobil stores are created equal! The South Side location is far and above any store you could find. Not only are the employees very courteous but I have found their knowledge of all tech to be superior. They know the competitors products and give an easy to understand, or a very detailed tech savvy explanation, depending on which you prefer. I can not adequately find the words to give them the praise they deserve.
