I would like to personally thank your representative Delmar for handling my roommate's insurance needs. He was desperately trying to find a better deal and Delmar worked with him to give the best possible outcome. Even though my roommate and I parted ways earlier this year, I remembered that he had mentioned that the experience he had at State Farm with this representative was stellar and I thought I'd give credit where credit is due. Would love to discuss a life insurance policy in the future with this representative, clearly he is your MVP.

After years of being a customer for both home and auto insurance, T Rankin's office dropped my coverage for auto. I added a vehicle in 2023, and have had both vehicles on autopay. I had a spotless driving record with zero claims during this time.They claimed they sent a paper letter asking me to verify my address, which I did not receive. I looked through the app, emails, calls, and nothing. If this was urgently needed, it was not urgently communicated. I only found out by noticing that the autopay did not go through and calling the office. I asked for T. to follow up with me and someone junior, who did not have my policy information, called me to ask a bunch of info they already had to get a new quote. The new auto quote went up 20%! With this carelessness and lack of customer service, I found auto elsewhere and will be looking to move my home when it renews later this year.

I had the best experience with representative Amanda D on assisting me to obtain a renters policy for my brother. I wanted him to have a good policy while he rented his apartment and she provided us with many options, explained everything in detail so we understood all the options and coverage. I highly recommend this agency, the customer service was amazing. Thank you for your help and kindness. I will always recommend this agency.

Editing to add that I reached out to T Rankin after seeing his reply to this review. I left a message with the receptionist and proceeded to never hear back after more than a week. So don’t be fooled by the thoughtful responses on the bad reviews. The customer service is still horrible.
I reached out for a quote almost 3 weeks ago and although an initial quote was sent over pretty quickly, I’ve tried asking follow up questions and to ask for a tweak in the coverage. Communicating with my representative has been comically slow. We are taking about over a week to answer a simple question. I’ve tried texting, email, calling, and every method is slower than the last. If this is how they treat customers at the quote stage, I would be extremely hesitant to sign with them. God forbid I needed help filing an actual claim.

T. Rankin and his colleagues are the most compassionate and helpful team! They have helped me so much when other companies wouldn’t! They are brilliant and find solutions that benefit you the customer! I have all my services with them and the coverage and prices are all wonderful as well in addition to the care they provide ! I will be a customer for life! I have my life policy and auto and home and my children’s life policy’s! They want to help your family and don’t push! Being protected is important! I would pay more if I had to just to keep their service! There is no need because State Farm knows that their customers are the reason they exist as a company! Demar and Vega are the kindest people I have had the pleasure to work with! 🫂

I recently conducted a state to state transfer on one of my vehicles. I was referred to T Rankin by my existing state farm agency. Ever since signing up, I have been left completely in the blind. Nobody responds to my emails, no correspondence on my account. In addition, my account has no digital presence (show up in the state farm app). Customer service is lacking here, relative to the agency i was with previously.

Rankin who welcomed me to his agency was Polite, Professional and accommodating, I signed up via Mr. Holmes who provided me a quote and walked me through the process of auto insurance. if your are in the need of auto, home , or life insurance please look no further than T.
