Well where do I start... After wasting my time to order a product online to pick up in the store that is .3 miles from me to get the sale price which was shown in stock, I was told it was out of stock, even though the website still said it was available at that store in limited quantities. I figured that's okay, it's no big deal just ship it to me, then I was told that I was unavailable to have it shipped to me even though I live in the city of Pittsburgh. At this point,it's my own fault that I continued to chase this product around to save $10, I figured since I already had about 40 minutes of my own time invested in this I was going to get my ten dollar discount, seeing there were 3 other stores within about 10 minutes of my job. " To my surprise...", none of these stores had it in stock for customer pickup. At this point I was home after spending well over an hour online to buy this product I decided I would cancel my order and drive the 40 minutes to the store closest to me that had it in stock, I'm happily I went there I paid full price for it got home and then knew I had to wait probably you know 3 to 5 days for my refund. About about the day 7th or 8th day I decided to check my bank account only to find ou that Target charged me twice for the product that I did not receive. Being that I was in a family and I didn't want to yell at somebody that didn't deserve it on the phone I bit my tongue and waited the next day one of the charges was refunded to me and now it's been two weeks and the second charge still has not been refunded to me. At what point can I start invoicing Target for my time spent to get my money back? First off it's 2025, if you can't keep your stock numbers in check with your computer systems in your individual stores, you have a much bigger problem than what I have going on.. the worst part is I'm now 18 minutes into a review to get some kind of satisfaction because I spent over an hour to sve $10 that I've been charged an extra $28 for and then spent over another hour of my time to go pay full price for it at another one of your stores. Since you wasted over 2 hours of my time until obligated to tell people that you should just go directly to Amazon and buy your things cheaper to drop it off at your house and there's no hassles... By the way, the product that I was buying is one of the most stocke and sold products in America, just a plain fire stick HD... I

I am a huge fan of Target 🎯 in East Liberty, PA. The store is absolutely AMAZING, as all Target Store are ✅.
I am sitting here right now looking at the hustle and bustle of the city. As I gaze out the enormous window 🪟, In the background I hear Starbucks's busy expresso machine.
I do believe THIS (🔴) Target will have Multiple Contribution "UPDATES" or at least I will be adding pictures 🖼️🖼️🖼️ over time ⏳.
For now I'm just going to go with...

Good place to buy stuffs and vide varieties are available in each category. There was limited option on winter down jackets but other things are having options. The area is vast and you get it in decent price

Higher up employee (probably security manager) stared me down while checking out today. No, I have no interest in stealing, I have a conscience. I believe I was probably profiled due to what I was wearing. Anyways, all other employees are always kind. Quite disheartening that Target no longer supports DEI. Spend your money elsewhere, major big brother is watching vibes.

Caving to a radical and pulling back on DEI has ended my long term relationship with Target. Message heard loud and clear. Target is catering to the lowest common denominator.

30+ minute wait for checkout. Nobody has time for this.

It's a great store, but I recommend double checking your receipts after purchase. Just realized I had items scanned twice after getting home.

I selected this score because once I came home I noticed there was a charge for $3.69 on my receipt for "GG Fruit 071180608". I do not know what this is for. I have gone back over each item on my receipt and I can verify I purchased them and brought them home, however the GG Fruit is a mystery and I do not know what it is as I did not purchase any fruit. This is very challenging as I have been charged for something I did not purchase. I will have to be very careful next time before leaving the register to ensure I see what is being swiped and what I am being charged for. My REC# is 2-4348-2757-0081-8449-3. The User ID on my receipt for the Informtarget.com survey is 7565 1724 3991; Password 815 507.

This Target has stopped taking WIC. I have shopped at this Target since 2014, and it has always accepted it until recently. It must be so recent that there is still a WIC option when it asks for payment. I had to return the items that were not covered after staff was unhelpful. Only come to find out that there was not an issue with my card, but that this Target no longer takes WIC.

this is my go-to target, and i think every section is pretty nice and tidy and the staff is friendly. the one thing i cannot overlook is how unkempt the men's fashion section is... it always looks like this. honestly the scariest part of the whole store. i understand this is a huge feat for employees, but... for the store to look like this is actually insane.
