Over the last few months this target has gone drastically down hill. Messy aisles, can never find what I'm looking for because the workers don't have time to stock. If you go during a weekday the workers have carts everywhere trying to stock. The employees at check out are very rude most likely because they're understaffed. Self checkout doesn't have employees to help if there's an issue but continue to have only one aisle open for checkout.

Target used to be a warm and friendly place to shop and used to stand apart from its competitors. Sadly. I no longer see a large distinction between them and other retail stores. Human beings at the registers and counters have all been replaced by self checkout kiosks, the stores are becoming less and less organized and rather cold in nature. No longer does the consumer feel welcomed and appreciated. Reasons like these are exactly why brick and mortar retail is dying, consumers are all too eager to shop online because it's easier, more convenient and there is absolutely no motivation to frequent a store that doesn't value employees or their consumers.

Why has curbside been sooooo slow lately? This was always one of the best things about this location. Now your waiting 15 mins or more easily.

This is a good target. But, they should take notes from South Hills Village (VERY good target, BTW!) and add the café back! You can have both a Starbucks and café, target! Do better!

Went to a cashier standing at the checkout. Guy aggressively yells. It's closed. It's the only manned check out. I absolutely refuse to use a self check. Since it makes me legally liable if I did make a mistake or the machine had a malfunction. So I left my items in the cart and walked out. Never returning to target.

Loved the service. The barista named Alyson was so nice. Would have been 5 stars but they don't have anywhere to sit and drink anymore. It used to be a frequent spot to relax with coffee but now I have to find somewhere else as I sat on the floor today.

Bought a book shelf, was missing screws. Came back and just wanted to exchange for the same item which we did. Opened the box in store, still missing the same screws. Went to return the item again but they wouldn't offer cash only a target card. I wanted to use the money towards a book shelf, not random stuff in target.

This was a great location before some recent changes. The final straw for me was them removing the pick up option for most grocery items. It's probably not a coincidence that Target launched a $100/year delivery service the exact same week they started limiting order pick up items.
Other locations still offer pick up for grocery items so this seems like a location specific choice, or a trial run before other locations follow suit. I used to shop here multiple times a week, so this is very disappointing. I will not be returning until this decision is reversed.
