This is the worst Target I’ve ever stepped into. All the clothes tables look like your average laundry pile. Items piled on the floor off hangers. Racks and displays so crammed together you can’t push a cart through. The fitting rooms are horrible!! Carts filled with stuff just sitting around. Have to hit a button and wait for a door to be opened constantly. Just a very messy unorganized store. As I was walking out I could hear Starbucks employees complaining. Just not good shopping experience. Gave two stars bc every register was open and you just don’t get that at Walmart.

I went on the phone with Carmen she did not help me again I was looking for a Pacific object I was asking for the TVs and I was talking about does the TV have Hulu on it she gave me attitude because I kept getting hang up on the phone with the same person so Carmen is a terrible person I wish I could give this zero but the customer service Carmen you let me down I am 12 I wanted to look for a birthday present for my dad and I may have spended I don't know over $100 there before and I wanted and I saved up about a hundred I wanted to either get them like maybe I don't know like a phone and I was talking about the TVs and she gave me attitude

PLEASE! an upgrade to the fresh foods section is soooo needed. EastLiberty store does it much much better. And since the scuzzy GetGo quick market in the adjacent parking lot does a solid business in that space, give GiantEagle some competition PLEASE!

So I normally go to this Starbucks and I am a frequent target shopper and have never had any issues, but I go in today to get my favorite, an iced matcha latte with almond milk and cold foam and the barista at the counter was just super ignorant and rude. This was the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. And to top that off she didn’t even put my cold foam that I payed the extra dollar for. This matcha latte literally just tastes like sugar free almond milk with an essence of matcha. Absolutely disgusting. I’m so dissapointed with my experience today.

Self checkout is closed by 8pm. Then they only have two lanes open with 40 people in line, i love target but if you’re going to close self checkout at least have more than two lanes open. It’s been 15 minutes of standing in line

Normal Love Target - today’s visit - i learned the self checkout was now a 10 item limit express only! ?. There has never been enough employees at the registers - takes Much Longer than it should to check out! Very Disappointing. Also 2 items i wanted were no longer being carried.
