Really good customer service! You can ask for a game for and they can show you! They give good recommendations!

Always a fun place to visit. If you love video games, this place is like a candy store! In my opinion, I prefer it to Game Stop.

Customer service is rude, and their supervisior is a rip off artist. Their offer was lower than i was told, just because i wanted cash. Because I lived far away they trying to scam me out of money. I recommend never coming here. I wish i could give them -5 Stars frankly. Making me drive 1.5 hours just to get the money after trying to pay me over 200 dollars less. Worthless.

Good selection of retro titles but overpriced by atleast 40%. Location is very well lit and clean but staff is lifeless and rude. Best deals are dvd’s and records are also wildly overpriced for general releases.

Terrible customer service and horrible (I mean absolutely horrible) trade in values on anything you bring them regardless of how good the condition is or how rare the item may be. The only reason to ever step foot into one of these stores is if you are looking for a specific older game/movie/cd that you have failed to find anywhere else. It's a real shame. This used to be one of my favorite places to buy sell and trade. They are crooks. Absolute CROOKS! Why ask for someone's ID for trade ins when you only offer stolen merchandise rate values in return!? I dont see this business remaining open for much longer with such a poor business model.

Very nice people working there, they help you find what your looking for and they pay out money for book, music, video, games what you don't need anymore. Nice place to look around in as well

Time management was decent. I appreciate the friendly and professional behavior. The merch I sold was obtained for a lower cost than I expected yet times are tough these days. Overall, i highly recommend visiting the exchange to either purchase or hangout. Come bring your friends and find some awesome merch.

Absolutely adore this place. One of the best if you're into collecting cds like I do, and the selection of game products is also extremely worthwhile. Wonderful place.

2022 edit: This exchange has gotten way worse! The prices on retro games have gotten way out of hand. I don't know where they get the prices but they are not market value a lot of the time. They have a loose tmnt 3 cart on nes for example priced at 80 bucks. That is almost double its market value.Staff is always friendly and the store is well put together. Sadly this location just like most exchange locations overprice a lot of the retro games. They just use pricechartings prices without taking any consideration to game condition.

"Need help finding anything?" X 1,000,000,000. I hate it here now. Used to be my go to place for everything. Can't stand it anymore.

I cannot recommend selling anything here. I came in with games and funko pop figures and it took 90 minutes to go through the lot and return half of them. The expectations were from the clerk it would only take 30 minutes. Every time I came back they said it would only be a few more minutes. It was taking so long I wound up getting sore from standing and had to go wait out in my car. There wasn't a wait to start appraising the items, either. I should not be surprised at the number they offered me, but left tired, sore, and insulted, with almost two hours of my only day off gone. Taking a positive from this. I learned that the Exchange will not be where I go with my items to sell next time.

She told me a different price on the phone then when I got there. They wanted $80 for a PS4 controller that Best Buy sells for $65 accross the street. Ok

Great place to find a deal on physical media or classic games. The people here are friendly and helpful. Parking is WAY better than the city stores.

Love coming here to browse! Always a great experience with staff and items. I've done a lot of trading and buying from here.I would recommend for their video games , specifically their retro games they price a bit more fairly, using something like price charting. Their retro game prices are typically double of what they sell on eBay/mercari. And they also buy retro games for way to cheap. I had an authentic Mario 64 and they offered me 21 dollars to buy and they had two copies selling for 75 each....lol.
